I am homesick.

I wish I were there. I don't want to be in Atlanta.It's dirty and mean.

It's June. I thought I had a new job. didn't happen. I am still homesick. I hate Atlanta.The bums chase me. The reverse discrimination is horrible. Guess I should buy a picture?

Jobs is SRQ are a littel scarce unless you're medical, high tech, hospitality management, social
workers, or simply don't have to work that much..

As you know it's not cheap.

Try just up in Tampa or in Pinellas county and simply do a little short commute- I did it for quite a while, and didn't mind because I got to come back to SRQ and some decent people

It's something to ponder. Our Mayor Shirley Franklin(Black mafia family)is laying off all our police. I wonder how much longer I will be ABLE to survive here.

Sarasota is , and continues to be a premier community in which to live for a smaller town and its proximity to lots of great things here in Florida

Maybe the writer lives in Jackson MISSISSIPPI or montgomery, AL, or a dump like Brimingham or Memphis...or is a hillbilly from East TN

To those considering Sarasota, if you enjoy hanging around people like the above a-hole then Sarasota is your Mecca. Move to...move back...whatevah! When birds of a feather flock together, then I know they won't be crapping on my windshield.

Why on earth would you want to move back to a place where the people are so shallow? A place where it is all about money,social status and who drives the newest and biggest suv.I would love to go back to the mountains of Vermont and live a relaxed retirement in that cabin on the hill.But unfortunetly,this is where the "biz" is.
