Sapulpa Man Accused Of Raping Teen After Meeting On MySpace

I know this guy....he's bad news. When i first met him, i thought he was innocent...just because of the way he acted and the front that he put on but once i really got to know him i realized that he was someone who i never wanted to hang around again. He drinks, smokes marijauna, takes many pills, steals whatever he can get his hands on, lies and does many other things that are against the law. Apparently from reading the news story i see that he has been in trouble with the law many other times before this....this is just the icing on the cake. Wen will people learn...jail is where he belongs.

Castration is still an option. He's young enough that he would live over it. I think live tv would probably air it free of charge.

I spite of what people think; castrating a male who is a rapist will not stop him from committing sexual crimes.

When you see or hear the words "rape by instrumentation," the person did not use his sex organ to do that. He can use his fingers or an object to commit rape that way.

Rape isn't about sex; it's about control.

Three other charges in the last 6 months??? Should have been in jail. Really sad that you can have public drunk, assault and burglary charges and still walk the streets.

I agree...rape isnt about sex...it is about control but with this boy [clayton] i'm sure it was about both. He's a follower...not a leader and he does stupid things to try to prove himself to others or to the bad people that he hangs out with. Before all the drugs and drinking he use to be a decent person but i guess you can see that he has pretty much ruined himself. I also sgree that he should spend a lot of time in jail and i mean, with all those other charges...why isnt he is jail already?!

None of you know anything about him. He's a 19 year old kid. Just barely out of high school. He's had a very bad upbringing. Also, he's been talking and hanging out with this girl for a while now and the parents didn't like him, but she still snuck out to see him and they never put their foot down to stop it. 15 year old girls don't like to go out with boys their age. You know you hung out with older boys at 15! Boys are not as mature as girls. Her parents are trying to pin something on him because they don't like him. I agree none of this should have taken place, he shouldn't of been hanging out with her and she shouldn't have been allowed to hang with him. It's the parents fault 100%. And the truth will come out.

I agree. To some degree, The parents should have had more control over what was going on with their daughter. I saw on the news that she met him at a park with her friend, and then she supposedly left with him from there? Alone? What happened to her friend? It was obviously a planned deal. Not that any of it is right. The parents are to blame for not knowing where their daughter is. But still yet, it should have never taken place.
This whole deal needs prayer!!! Pray for the girls family, that the truth will be told and for protection for the boy. He's a young man that God can truly change.

I totally agree with "BRE" from Jacksonville. He's a changed person from drugs and alcohol.Hanging out with the wrong growd and not to mention his disfuctional family. But I truly believe he wouldn't do anything to hurt someone. My understanding is that he's been talking to the young lady for a while. You just never know what happened and I think we shouldn't judge someone until there is proof. So far it's the parents that are saying this stuff about him because they don't care for him. They've known about him and know that the two kids have been talking on the computer and on the phone. I think they are trying to sabatage him because they know about his recent arrests with the burgulary thing. Not that any of that is right, it's just the kid had been at the wrong place at the wrong time. I also agree with "jbb" Tulsa that you need to pray for everyone involved.

So is this a case of consensual sex and being charged with rape only because of her age or is this a real rape case.

I see this same story time and time again. Rape is not right!!!!!!!!! Rape is a crime!!!!!!! Yet young girls have cried rape so many times bacause they did not want to get into trouble. However he may have been only 19 but 19 is still an adult and no 19year old should be dating a 15 yeard old anyway and the law in Oklahoma is 16yrs old for consensual 16 we may not all agree on that but I am sure the law was passed becasue off the number of men that were wrongly convicted from girls between certain ages of rape and their lives were ruined. If this young man raped her than he has a serious problem and needs to be punished but if he did not then I hope the truth comes out so that he does not go to prison.

We will never know the whole story. I doubt either one of them will tell all.

I'm so sick and tired of hearing "he had a bad childhood, his family is dysfunctional, he got into drugs". He's 19 years old and knows better. End of story.

Who cares what you're sick of "wild heart"! That is the reason these troubled kids do stupid things in the first place! 19 is still a teenager! He's still finishing up his school and hasn't graduated yet. It just so happens that he's 19 for a senior. He's not old enough to even buy alcohol. Why isn't the person who bought the alcohol in this story not getting into trouble?? They are smearing this boys name in the mud without getting the full story. This girl's still hasn't been mentioned in the news yet. The Parents should have had a close eye on everything these kids were doing. I agree if it was my daughter, I would have put things to a stop a long time ago, I would have made her closed her myspace and picked her up from school and everything, but these parents didn't, they knew they were talking and hanging out. But they are wrong to try to bring this boy down without investigated the story first just because they don't like him.

Of course not, that is a totally different age bracket. This is two teenagers. He just turned 19 and she's 15. Let me know what 15 year old like guys in her age bracket. The boys her age are into video games. I'm not saying it's right, but it happens.
