Judge it!
Consider three things:
1.The difficulty that Santa Rosa Businesses usually have during the winter season.
2.Com pound that with the disastrous economy.
3.The summer business was down so much that it did not afford the local businesses the store up any cash to pay thier workers through the winter.
And the question remains; will this be the winter that finishes off much of the Santa Rosa business community?

Stay part time economist. Santa Rosa will surely be around for may years to come. Businesses in Santa have been tightening their belts and will have to do it again (unlike the city). This small town along I-40 will always be a vital city in our state. Not to mention the people of Santa Rosa are very hard workers and will continue to inovative.
