Right, and this is only one of many impacts that will not be studied if we vote for Measure A which was written and paid for by DDR to give them a free hand to develop the Masonite property the way they want with no environmental review and virtually no oversight by the County or anyone else.

We would have to be crazy to let them do this without requiring an EIR and making them go through the same process that every one else has to go through.

I guess DDR thinks that if you are big enough and have enough money that you don't have to go through the normal process. I can't believe we are stupid enough to let them get away with it.
