The primary is less than a month. The Republican hacks are in high gear.
==========
Mitch Daniels and John McCain are coming to Sen. Dick Lugar’s rescue, POLITICO has learned. The Indiana governor and the Arizona senator have cut ads on Lugar’s behalf that are likely to air in the closing weeks of his neck-and-neck Republican primary contest.

Fortunately, common sense and reasoned judgement will previal in Indiana. Lugar will win and unlike the deficit ridden disasters like Calif., Indiana will continue to assure that their children won't be enslaved to outlandish public employee pension tsunamis, high taxes, and extinction level deficits. The citizens of Indiana believe their children deserve better.

Lugar and McCain have stood by as the US has piled massive debt that can't be repaid by its citizens. Back to government class for you.

Back to government class for you. Lugar isn't a Democrat. Lugar can't stop the Senate Majority Democrats from failing to even produce a BUDGET? You need to stop drinking the poisionous obama koolaid. Seeing Calif collapse should be enough to please the likes of you. Did you see the SEIU Mob action in SF yesterday? You must be so proud.

Yea! We did it. Lugar is out. ==========
A fixture of the Republican establishment in Washington since the 1970s, Lugar lives in McLean, Va., but was recently forced to explain why his voter registration listed his residence as an Indianapolis house that he no longer owned.
INDIANAPOLIS (Reuters)- Senator Richard Lugar, a 35-year veteran of the Senate and leading foreign policy voice, was defeated in the Indiana Republican primary by a Tea Party-backed challenger on Tuesday, the first Senate incumbent ousted in the 2012 election year.
