Judge it!
Anyone know if the city is putting on a fireworks display? I know that last year we had a beautiful display thanks to The Crossings shopping center.

I'm sure they are. They had great feedback from last year I believe.
I forgot the 4th is coming up in a week! Crap! My neighborhood turns into hell on this holiday. Everyone sits in the main drags & just blasts stuff off until way later than they probably should (11p-1am etc). Oh well, what the hell are you goin to do?!? The worst part about it all is that most people don't clean up their big mess they make. I have to go throw bottle rocket sticks out of my yard every morning etc.../me ends rants.=P |

Err, actually, I just called city hall. They said they haven't heard anything from the realty company who did them last year (people who own The Crossings). They said probably not because of currently economic situations companies are in etc. She said to call back in a few days to check. They are trying to get 100% confirmation on if it's going to happen or not...

Right the folks at city hall can give themself a raise and lots of Medical benifits this year but can not fork out some buck for a fun fild evening for those of use who pay our property taxes.

dont worry, just sit on your porch and watch all the poor rednecks waste thousands of dollars blowing up crappy fireworks they just purchased at that tent up by the BP.
Heres a warning to my neighbors, if I find one bit of spent firework on my yard, get ready for a bog can of whoopass to be opened upon you. |

1 There has been no discussion at all of raises for city employees. Being incorrect is no big deal, but being rude is a big deal. Those types of remarks make Spring Hill citizens look like a bunch of prejudiced ignorant small-minded people. |
