El Monte Union to evaluate change order policies, construction management

Board members Wednesday evening will evaluate the process in which the El Monte Union High School District submits and approves change orders and will also consider terminating its contract with the firm that manages its $148 million Bond Measure D, approved by voters in 2008.

The year-long closures of El Monte and Rosemead Highs Auditoriums resulted from zero oversight by Felix, Becerra, Crippen, et, . APM broke the law snd gets off? The FBI has documents and is expected to pursue and review.
