Pinky I am used to your claiming you knew all about me although you don't know squat - your comments about me are lies and nothing but lies but I don't care. Go on spreading your nonsense when it makes you happy. Now you even claim to know who my friends are and what they go through? WOW
You should really move to Las Vegas, NV and become the world's most amazing clairvoyant - you could make a fortune. You are so well informed about everything and everybody although you constantly repeat how little you know - this must be magic. I am impressed.
As it happens, I am gifted with some psychic ability, but that's not how I got my information on you. Your slander has been sliming this forum for a very long time now. It isn't a secret, Barfy. You cannot hide your libelous posts in which you accused people using their given names of all manner of crime. Tsk tsk. That one you wrote about poor Sheriff Virden, well... it was one of your harshest. You accused him of crimes so severe that if what you said was true, he'd be going away to the big house for a very, very long time. I hope someone brought that particular post to his attention. If I was Sheriff Virden, I'd be angry... very angry indeed.

Good news again today, things are coming along as planned, the train is on track and on time.... choo, choo!! They give it their best shot and cause some loose tracks to try to slow things down, BUT... THEY CANNOT STOP THIS TRAIN. IT IS COMING STRAIGHT INTO THE STATION , ONE CAR AT A TIME, ONE-BY-ONE ...IT WILL GET DONE!
Whenever you read something from NotJFK, remember she said this. This is the mind of a complete mental midget.

I do not advocate covering the PROVEN guilt of anybody who has been PROVEN guilty. You and your friend BH advocate playing judge, jury and executioner of those who have YET to be proven guilty of anything. This is evil. And if you think there is any town in America that is free of all wrongdoing, that stuff you're smoking in your pipe is NOT tobacco! You and your friend argue it is correct to put Capitan, Ruidoso, and all of Lincoln County's sins under a magnifying glass, posted on the Internet for all to see. You are the type of person who comes into a nice house and sees that a dog has crapped on the carpet. Instead of quietly going to the bathroom, getting some toilet paper and disposing of the crap, you shout out for everyone to hear, "There's dog crap on the carpet!" And your friend the fly then comes in to lay magots on the crap (yep, your friend is magot-laying BH). GET IT?
My dear, sweet departed Shylock -- My darling this one is just for you. You were so right, and you were so wrongfully murdered. You will forever be a legend for our time. Sleep peacefully, my love.

Let me remind you to the core of this case.
If you are interested in what a Special Court Martial is and what it means for Sean V. McGarry's life and why he was well aware what he did when he lied in his job application than watch this video.

Vinnie del Spago in post number 538 had it right. You don't take your legal advice from YouTube -- or retarded reporters pretending to be from Germany.

I started to watch that lame Youtube offering once and shut it off. It was unrealistic. Civilian life is entirely different from Military life and the two cannot be compared, especially certain aspects. It's not like comparing apples to apples, especially in a situation such as Officer McGarry's. No matter what the YouTube clip propagated, it just wasn't so. In case anyone has forgotten, the lack of veracity by the blood thirsty raptors had them claiming that Officer McGarry had committed a felony. This was all about a grudge from the getgo.

Seems Sean is feeling "superior" now but we all know pride goes before a fall.

Anyway, let me tell you "Pinky" - you are very right - if Virden did all these things he would go to jail for a long time and he would do so in most every part of this world... except Lincoln County, NM.- Now come to thinking!!! What I wrote about him is what is sung in the streets of LC and when Virden is angry he should make sure to either cover up his crap better next time so that nobody comes to know or better yet he should just keep his hands off such things in the first place .... just my opinion!!!

As to the YouTube video: it seems it bugs you quite a bit I have put it up otherwise you won't try to belittle it time and again. Still a fact is a fact. Did McGarry or didn't he have to go through a Special Court Martial? What was the outcome? Did anybody say McGarry was innocent or did he get a sentence and was he punished? What does the law say about a man that got punished in a Special Court Martial? Exactly - the law says he has been in conflict with the law and he had been convinced.

Now tell me again McGarry is so very innocent and his application was rightfully filled out. I don't care what Santa Fe said about this. He knew about his past and he is able to read and write - isn't he?

You are mistaken "Pinky" I am not blood thirsty - I am thirsty for the truth. I don't want McGarry's head on a silver plate - actually I don't care about him but I do care about Capitan and giving him a badge and paying him with good solid tax money although he is lying and he goes on intimidating people is what I dislike.... just my opinion but I think there are plenty more that have had it with McGarry and that will be very glad when the upcoming elections give them a chance to utter their voice and act on what they think is right.

so , military has nothing to do with normal life? tell that to all the ones serving and their families living it daily. you are wrong, pinky, if you try to split them into different segments. the job may be different, but they are Americans, and the ones I know say mcgarry was wrong and his military record is a part of his life to the end. good or bad, whether he likes it or not. and it still comes down to the lying part.and for a cop, not nice, not good, not right at all.

Daily Horoscope for December 20

Aquarius

This is another day when financial matters cause trouble, as Mars reverses in your seventh house. What started off as a minor niggle with a partner or an opponent yesterday could now escalate into a full-blown row, but at least this will give you the chance to get certain things out into the open. Legal issues from the past may become ugly. If you're pointing the finger of blame at someone, don't get so heated that you accuse them of everything under the sun.
