This is ridiculous. Poor dog. I hope the dog lives his life out somewhere more kind.

Throw the book at this low life. He deserves a long jail sentence. I'll serve on that jury.

Attention Mark Gomez:

The past participle of "drag" is not "drug." It is "dragged."

Olsen, tell Payroll to dock Gomez $50 for Grammar.

Maybe the guy was sick from having his dog die on him. You ever been alittle off when your pet dies.
How do you judge him so fast. Accepting the truth is hard, not wanting the gastapo getting between a man and the last hours with a sick animal.
Case dismissed, release the crazy old fart bum.
hes surrered enough.

There really are no words to describe what I have just read in this article.

I am curious.........the dog was obviously dragged a very long way to have bleeding paw pads and nails shaved down. Some one had to have witnessed something way before the police found this moronic dog owner. Where were the human by-standers????? Why didn't any one report the abuse the moment the moron left his house dragging the poor dog? I doubt this is the first time this dog had suffered abuse by this man.

Why? I think I know why.....most humans tend to look away and not get involved. Neighbors, relatives, any one? Sad, so sad.

I hope this loser isn't booked and immediately released like the sick F*u*c*K they found in the mtns of santa cruz torturing animals for years.

The only hope is if he does have jail time, that he is treated with the same abuse he inflicted on his dog. Now that would be good Karma!

Eleven years of faithful companionship, and the ailing Aussie Shepherd gets dragged through the streets by it's best friend. I will bet my life that if the situation were reversed, that dog would sit by the man's side and gently attend to him, keeping him warm and safe. That's what my dog does when I'm sick.

I say take Fifield and drop him from a low-flying plane about five miles out over the ocean. Then just fly away.
