This is one guy who desperately needs the death penalty used on him. He's nothing but a vicious punk murderer.

Guess the yahoos above are quite content with the state of justice in America, but anyone who has actually followed the twists and turns of this case know that Mumia was framed. Guess the cops got more points for putting an effective journalist/former Black Panther behind bars then the actual low life killer. It's a shame that the powers that be in Pennsylvania are determined to deny him a fair trial even though several of the key witnesses against Mumia have not only recanted but have also stated that they originally had lied under police pressure to do so.
Sadly, justice in Pennsylvania isn't just blind, it's dead.

"Justice" is just another sad, misinformed soul that bought into the Mumia propeganda machine. If these people would take the time to read the trial transcripts available to the public, maybe the would realize that he is nothing more than a cold blooded killer who is playing the race card among other things in a bid to be exonerated for a crime that a jury of his peers convicted him of. It's funny that a jury with several African americans on it only took 4 hours to find him guilty! I guess the entire jury set him up as well, huh "Justice"?

Why isnt this guy dead yet? Cant someone get a contact at the Jail to have this guy left alone (without Security to protect???) Seems to me this guy should have had a "Slip and Fall" along time ago.

Thank goodness he is off of death row.
