Pancakes Johnson. What a delicious nickname.

Riddle me this: why does Robert never get arrested? Why was Pancakes Johnson the only person arraigned thus far?

What makes her think that she's "gotten to see the "evidence" against me."?

I don't recall the state typically disclosing all of their evidence an an initial charging of crime and booking. They typically save full disclosure for the trial.

Here's hoping she's as correct on the evidence issue as she was a few days ago in stating that she hadn't been charged..yet.

I think I must be her lawyer, because I'm going to tell her the same thing any good lawyer would at this point in time:

S.T.F.U. and quit posting that tripe.

She has yet to take good advice from anyone, so why start now. I think she is going for an insanity defense. No sane person would be spewing that garbage she's been dropping like cow flops through Topix.

I'm not sure Judge Ariadne Symons can be unbiased at any trial of mine. Hasn't she read all those things I've written about her? The inmates told me she's "politically ambitious" "mean" and that she "doesn't know the law." Not too dumb, those inmates! Meanwhile I have a hearing scheduled in her courtroom on Mar 2nd at 9AM and a preliminary hearing on March 4th. Ought to be interesting to see what the DA has in the way of evidence of my criminal ways. So far, they have a photo of me standing on the sidewalk in front of the building. Even SYMONS couldn't find me guilty of two felonies and a misdemeanor for that!
There is classic BJ. Standing tall in solidarity with her fellow occupiers. Until the stuff hits the fan, in which case she was just standing around.

So if your house doesn't have a "no trespassing" sign and I am the second or third person to enter without your permission, then it's totally legal?
Becky, you've created a mighty pathetic existence for yourself using your clearly flawed judgment. I would suggest you stop, but I would miss the entertainment value of watching you publicly fail time after time.
Is it time to start another "When will Becky eat her own words" pool?
I wonder if BJ's tailpipe has a "no pear insertion" sign on it? Because hey, if there's no sign...

What a sad little existence.

No, I didn't. And I've never had sex with a chicken.

Now, why not answer the question?

I find you response very interesting. As if the thought of you smoking marijuana is an "absurd insult". Do you generally consider marijuana use something absurd or insulting? For a self proclaimed marijuana rights advocate you go to absurd lengths to conceal your personal use of it. Are you embarrassed about how much you smoke? Are you ashamed? Conflicted?

If you would be honest about your use it might explain the content in the majority of your posts. After all, they're not very clear and filled with paranoia.

DA REBECCA YOUNG slipped my attorney a disk with the police reports and other evidence against the entire group that participated in the Occupation of 75 River Street---an empty bank building.

Since I never went inside the building, I did not commit the crime of trespass. You can see me in the Shmuel Thayer photograph on NOV 30th standing on a public sidewalk in front of the occupied building.

see: http://www.mercurynews.com/breaking-news/ci_1...

I'm clearly observing what was going on. Since when is that a crime? The DA had ZERO EVIDENCE that I'd planned the event (but I'm charged with "conspiracy to trespass"--a felony) ZERO EVIDENCE I had anything to do with the still unnamed and unquantified "vandalism".(SENTINE L reports say that only a room divider and an elevator door were splashed with paint--the only REAL "vandalism" done to the building.) Reports from the street say that the protesters purposely refrained from damaging the building in any way, and may even have left the key behind when they left the building.

While I generally support adherence to the law (such as no trespassing laws) I do support highly specific acts of non-violent civil disobedience where the greater good of the community is being served. The Occupation of 75 River Street was just such a direct action and I praise those who initiated it.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. broke the law when he marched against racial intolerance. And now we have a national holiday in his honor. Mahatma Ghandi broke the law many times, was arrested many times, and is now regarded highly among millions of people.

Even the old testament describes when and how civil disobedience is supposed to be performed. Oh, and the example in the tale of Pinchus wasn't a NON-VIOLENT example of law-breaking. Pinchus slew two people. You see, GOD doesn't want us to just "follow the law" rotely like sheep. He expects us to make moral and ethical choices all the time. He gave us the law, but he expects us to use our own judgement ALL THE TIME. Happy Sunday everyone.
I'll be on Free Radio all this morning at 101.3 FM. You internet folks can listen in at www.freakradio.org where, no doubt, I will be making statements that my lawyers (two of them now) will squirm. Or not.

That's right. I remember when MLK broke into a building, claiming that it was his right to create a 'community center'. Oh wait, that didn't happen.

How exactly does she think that one photograph, which represents about 1/100th of a second, eliminates the possibility that she was in that bank during the other 71 hours and 59 minutes that the occupation took place?

Is she trying to obfuscate reality, or is she really that mentally dull?

You want everyone to believe you NEVER stepped inside the building? I find that hard to believe. I think you actually enjoyed being arrested (noting that Norse turned himself in and received a court date). I think you're enjoying all the attention you are receiving. I've noticed that several of the original OSC members left once Norse became involved.

You make it sound like she's on your side. It's what they are supposed to do, you imbecile. The prosecution has a legal obligation to turn over all evidence (written, photographic or taped) to the defense that they plan on using against you in court. You must have a horrible or just plain stupid attorney if he/she is allowing you speak your mind in an open forum like this (AND on the radio).

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Virgo

You're feeling restless and need to introduce as much variety into your day as possible. However, you'll want this to be on your own terms, and you certainly won't like it if plans are changed without your consent or you feel you've lost control of the situation. Try to take everything in your stride, otherwise you'll end up feeling exhausted and frazzled.
