Um, no, BJ. One does not get to write off income not earned as a loss. That only happens in BJAccounting. If so, you'd be a multi-millionaire like NorseKahn. He only gets to write off his actual expenses - mortgage interest and PROPERTY TAX. Yes, he is paying property tax, or the County would foreclose on it, or at least place a lien.

Empty is not blighted, BJ. It will be blighted when the OSC are done with it. Why don't you have NorseKahn use his millions to buy the building from its rightful owner and rent it out at what you consider to be a 'reasonable rent'? Or better yet, build an indoor campground like you're always crowing about. That would be too much like work, wouldn't it?

So how many jobs are OSC providing by vandalizing the building BJ? Are they welcoming the homeless like in San Lorenzo park, where OSC has literally drawn a line where the bums can't cross?

If BJ needs to know what the word "BLIGHTED" means, she only needs to look in the mirror.

Yes, I agree, people do need to point out her vicious fabrications and I applaud those who do.

However, do so on her blog, not here, where all you are accomplishing is driving traffic to her blog. Traffic which otherwise, would never exist.

scary santa and whatsherface at the courthouse today getting NO support while an appropriate amount of hay was being spread. The Kahnt himself later spotted with the tacky tape recorder and holiday get-up chatting up one of the straglers. Update on OOcupy SC/KOA sure to be highlight of UndyCrap for a few days.
