The appeal of Santa Cruz by people that conduct themselves poorly is unfortunate. I lived here many years....30+ and moved away. Still love to visit family and friends, but don't miss the "element" and other poor aspects of the city. Downtown still has issues, but before the quake, downtown was a even worse!

if you lived in Santa Cruz long enough you would know that the troll busters was a group of dirt bags who blasted a taxi driver who was walking home after work in the middle of the night. So anybody who is using that name has to more then likely be related in some way to those scumbags who by the way received state prison time. so, maybe we should get rid of all the poor people, because poor people arent hard workers?? is this what you are implying??? or lets get rid of the disabled, the elderly. you really need to get a clue. the reality is, there are rich people who pull crimes, and some how that is ok to you. i see a guy downtown drives a new mercedes, covered in white supremist tatoos, but he can afford to live here? why dont we kick him out??? i have been here my whole life, i am not a tweeker, or a gang banger, or a junkie or a drunk, i do not use drugs or drink. why should i have to move to hemet??? just because some out of towners come here and act like a bunch of snobs, jacking up all the rent??? why don't you people all go back over the hill where you came from, and let us locals be!!!!
