SJ Ice Cream Truck Man Allegedly Gets Too Friendly

When I saw this in the news, I was a bit flabbergasted.
To say that someone is accused, then ask other people to accuse him is just irresponsible.

Of course people are going to come out of the woodwork and make up stuff. How are the police going to know who's telling the truth or not? This is not responsible investigating.

If the police made a general statement that an individual had been doing this and asked if it has happened to anyone to come forward. And then that person came forward with a description and occupation that would be different.

If the news put up a made up story and photograph of someone, people would call in to say they witnessed it.
We have rules and laws we follow to prevent witch hunts.

I know this person since last 10 years and i believe these are completely false allegations. He hardly speaks english and making vulgar comments in english are impossible for him. He is very religious and have a good character. If God is there, he will definitelt get justice. He is falsely framed in these allegations. Its very hard time for him and his family. He is coming from a society where this kind of allegations are worse than anything. SOMEONE PLEASE HIM.

I know this man as well for a while now. He sold me and my brother ice creams often. I believe these accusations are fake because he can not speak english fleuntly, so he can not make these comments to those girls. I believe they may have been in a misunderstanding.

I completely believe this man is innocent! He is very religious and kind. I am sure that these accusations are false. Who has proof that he said that? Those girls can have misunderstood him and taken it the wrong way. This is completely unfair and unjustice to him. Punishing him without proof is wrong. Blaming him for it without a witness is not right. What if he said what he said because those teenagers were making fun of him. They could have made some comments to him too.

Sajan Singh is a very religious person and has good character. I don’t understand how he could make vulgar comments, he doesn’t even speak English. These are completely false allegations.

I have known Sajan and his family for over 5 years. This is impossible for Sajan to do. Having sold ice-cream for over seven years, there has been no complaints whatsoever.

This man is close to 70 years and cannot even walk properly. He has never touched a single person in his ice cream career.

I think somebody is trying to make money off him. Financially, he will end up losing a huge amount of money on legal fees to fight this case. I do not understand the motive of these "ladies?".

I know to mr,Sajjan Singh ,we did work ice cream vendor 6year before, I cannot do any thing which person not speak english how he can speak to thr 14th year girl bad comments .Some times some girls boys and other students speaking very rude words ,which words use not understand .Some times girl need Ice Cream and not not have money then problems come They pickup Ice cream And ran away , I hope that Sajjan will be innocent, In Sanjose police only listen the public false allegation, not listen the ice cream vendor.In one street near StoryBlvd very problems There peoples are very rude they not controll own boys, and Girls ,If any body steal ice cream Candy or money ,parents happy,I pray to the God that Mr Sajjan Will be get Justice from The Court Thanks, God Will Help !

Dear Sir Mr SAJJAN singh is near 75 year and her daughters and sons are already Married they also have sons and daughters more than 14th year old ,I never think that how he can do ? He cannot walk properly, he cannot speak english, how he understand and speak to this girl bad comments Its absolutely false statements, Some times some parents get credit Ice-cream and when speak to these parents or gays or girl they will refused.I not believe that Mr sajjan did any fault he is innocent He cannot do any thing, I hope that God will help them and he will be get justice from the court,I want know that if he not guilty proved by police,who will be responsible for loss and status of mr Sajjan Singh ? we have confidence that he is innocent he not did any mistake Thanks

The 14 year old girl needs to rethink her allegations. As they are just that! Remember everyone is innocent until proven guilty!

Heaven forbid some young girl is out looking for attention.

My guess is this 14-year old was dressed (or under-dressed) like much older female and was in fact looking for some attention and comments; just got "dissapointed" when it came (in whatever form it came, maybe just a friendly "cover yourself") from a "wrong" male (old ice-cream vendor)... And as a compensation for her "frastration and trauma" decided to make some cash... There are 14-year olds and there are 14-year olds...

And Carol, I'm sure right now her parents are busy wrapping up another law-suit against another (in this case 68-year old poor guy who only speaks mandarin) ice-cream vendor arrested for (guess what?)- making inappropriate sexual comments!!!
