ICE served Herguan with a notice of intent to withdraw their SEVP certification. This essentially means that Herguan is finished. http://www.ice.gov/sevis/alerts/herguan.htm

And the Herguan CEO has been arrested: http://www.mercurynews.com/peninsula/ci_21222... This fraud is over. As was said before: "Herguan will end up like TVU and UNVA." And it indeed did.

Then how the embassy people have given the students visa as they follow very strict rules in stamping a visa. They will see the complete history of students and why don't they suggest to the student not to join in such unregistered university.

The typical modus operandi is that people sign up with real universities, get visas for that, and change to these diploma mills as soon as they come to the US. This was exposed when TVU got raided. The consulates had only issued about 100 visas to students to attend TVU, but TVU had 1500 "students". In other words, the students know very well that it is a fraud. They are willing participants in the fraud.

I suggest Herguan students file a class lawsuit against Jerry Wang and his parents (Su Tong, CFO of Herguan, and Ying Wang, President of Herguan) and get some money back. According to Page 9 of http://ia600701.us.archive.org/19/items/gov.u... ..., the ONLY program of Herguan certified by SEVP to issue Forms I-20 is Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine, NOT MSCS, MSEE and MBA. That means it is illegal for Herguan to issue I-20s in MSCS, MSEE and MBA programs to international students and collect so much money. As you might know, Jerry Wang and his parents also own another acupuncture school called University of East West Medicine (UEWM). The only programs of UEWM certified by SEVP to issue Forms I-20 are also acupuncture related. However, under the camouflage of UEWM certificate, Jerry Wang and his parents also issued many I-20s in MSCS, MSEE and MBA programs to international students and allowed them to abuse CPT. That is the secrete recipe why Wang's family could accumulate a lot of money in a short period of time and acquire a NINE-MILLION-DOLLAR building at the current location.

Check this out for the latest development. http://www.indiaabroad-digital.com/indiaabroa... ... " A student, who said her parents had taken a loan of about $30,000 for her studies, said, "I do not want my parents to know about this. But I want them (Herguan) to return my fee so I can enroll in another university." "

Herguan has now lost their SEVP approval: http://www.ice.gov/sevis/alerts/herguan.htm All the "students" are now illegal. They all killed their future in the US. That's what they got for trying to get around the US laws.

Not good at all this university. Please try some accredited college if you want your H1 approved.Wanted to transfer out from this college. But they will take ages to approve CPT and registration and leave you in such way that all transfer dates for other colleges are closed.
