Just where were these 5 billion people during the trial?? No evidence, no credible witnesses, no facts to back up your accusations. He's guilty of being different, looking different, being a friend to children and very likely being a target for an easy lawsuit.

That's funny, cause I deal with international clients from Asia on a regular basis, and they all think he's a bay raper, too. And last time I was in europe, they all seemed to think he was a kiddy diddler. Maybe you were speaking of the rest of 'most of the world' like Botswana or New Guinea

World opinion at the time, taking polls and everything else into account, was decisively in favor of MJ's innocence.

I'm trying to remember....was the US the only country in the world that thought MJ was guilty? I'm not making a claim here, just requesting an explanation. I know Britain overwhelmingly went for innocent (cuz for some reason the British are obsessed with MJ). I don't know what it was like in Australia or New Zealand. I'm requesting information for Anglophone nations because only they would've been pummeled heavily be negative press about MJ. Outside the Anglophone world, MJ is mostly known for his music.

According to WUBBYf'loon, this is on topic and shows that "the press" has always thought that MJ is a pedophile.
Why is that???

The press always have their finger on the pulse and know the real story even if they aren't allowed to publish. That's why they ALWAYS include "THE PARAGRAPH", the subtle dig against Wacko. You know "THE PARAGRAPH", it's in every story about Wacko. It goes something like: "Jackson, who was acquitted on child molestation charges..." They always write it as if they know he got off because he was a celebrity, not because he was innocent.
