Why can't we create our own Olvera Street in Santa Ana?

The city is already using the downtown to promote 'latino' culture. And the whole city council is made up of Hispanics with city's population mostly made up of illegals from Mexico. All that is missing is the Mexican flag. Don't be surprised if Michelle Martinez or Tinajero demand the city display the Mexican flag. Now that Santa Ana is totally Hispanic, how has this benefited the city?

Actually a lot of Vietnamese folks have moved in. The city is changing fast.
