Everyone has a right to and opinion, and while some on this blog are outlandish there are those that are not. Naughton is and has been for quite some time, out of control. I after 8 years of his abuse have finally decided to speak out just because I personally cannot keep it in any longer. Judge Naughton knows who I am and well considering I still visit his court once a month for the most part. What is worse is that Naughton realizes he is not following the rulles of law and makes up things as he goes and he doesnt care. He will openly tell you in the court.
Now while he may get the occasional case correct. He has his days where nothing is correct and everyone stares at him in total confusion. He isnt all there and I wish he truly would just step down and go away. My children would both thank him.

You should not pass judgment on the families who have been under his control for years. He is a family law judge. He needs to begin to care about the families and not see them as just another name on the piece of paper. I can say I have very good friends, but I do not know if they are good at their job, or do their very best unless I go to work with them.
A very uneducated opinion. Perhaps, just a chance you may be mistaken about your ski/snowboard buddy?
Making decisions that affect children are much more important than what he does on his time off!

I need as much information as possible on this judge and how to get one/multiple of his orders overturned. He is completely biased, shows no concern for what is in the best interest of the child, and has removed my 3 year old from my care due to the fact that I take her to the doctor when she has strange rashes and contact law enforcement when she has a black eye when returning from visits with her father. He has given full custody to her father, who is abusive, and threatened me in court to take away ALL my visitation if I continued to 'subject her to unnecessary treatment'... meaning medical treatment for rashes!! Help me
