I asked a simple question, and you get all bent out of shape. I'm working on finishing my education, and yes I'm working on my Ph.D. That is expected of me. My entire family is educated. My family spoiled me. I have lived a good life. Mike is a winner. Love um to pieces. He an Honest man and stands by the law. He is admirable. Hi Deborah:

The family court you are speaking about issued a Temporary Retraingin Order against me for for the safety of my father. On the Day issuance of the Restraing Order I had a Video stating that he did not want the restraingn order and I had only helped him never harmed him. Additionally on the same day I took my Dad to the court for him to express this opinion that he wanted me to care of him. The judge (One you have mentioned) never spoke to my Dad and issued the Restraing Order. My Dad left the court in tears. The TRO has since been lifted. He is currently being over medicated at the facility where he is at and I fear for his life. The court while taking action still allows the over medication to occur.

Peter, I am so sorry. I have said before and I will say again, and I mean no disrespect to people who have been raped, but being in front of Nancy Pollard was like being thrown down and raped right in the open courtroom. My son, as he watched what I was going through, said something insightful when he told me the courts are nothing more than "legal gang-bangers". And he is right. There is such corruption, abuse of power, perjury, and worse. And although I believe there are good judges, the judges who are not make it impossible to believe in this system as it stands. I am only grateful the corrupt judges and attorneys ("officers of the court" and read into that all the sarcasm you can possibly muster) can't just order the bailiff to shoot people from the bench and have them dragged out and burned on a pyre behind the courthouse, although what they actually ARE able to do is almost as bad. Nancy Pollard imperially informed us in Family Court that she had the power to PUT SOMEONE TO DEATH. This is divorce court, mind you, and I was scared. The system is broken, and considering it is one third of the foundation of this government, one of the fundamental pillars, I don't understand how this country can go on without an eventual revolution if reform isn't instituted. Very sad state of buffoonery, which would be funny if it weren't so dangerous and didn't hurt so many.

This is hands down the worst judge I've come across in all my years of practice. His arrogance is only surpassed by his lack of intellect. He wildly pre-judges cases and litigants, routinely stereotypes, and ignores the law. His long-winded rantings from the bench are jaw-dropping and so inane that one wonders if he isn't suffering from some type of mental illness? No one has any respect left for him. What I saw was a man who truly enjoyed abusing his power and, in my opinion, especially enjoyed handing down harsh & punitive rulings....without any basis in the evidence, just his own wild speculations about the people involved! Sometimes it was just horrific to watch. The public can have no trust in the judicial process if human beings like this one are allowed to sit in judgment over people's lives. The only saving grace for OC litigants now is that I hear he's been demoted, if you will, and sent off to unleash his wrath in some obscure courthouse in Riverside. Poor souls.

I, too, heard from the Governor's office on 3 occasions. They claimed to have initiated an investigation against the Orange County Child Protective Services after reporting Michael J. Naughton. Naughton was appointed by former Governor Grey Davis... not sure how he stayed on the bench so long, and what transpired that he retired from OC and moved onto Riverside.... Just disgusting. In fact, there are Judges who've told me that the OC Judges are as mean and insane as they come...fact!

I sometimes still have to come back here, like returning to the scene of some horrific crime, to remember what happened to me in court, and to mourn with my fellow sufferers. Attorney Lometevas My friends two year battle in family court has revealed that Matthew Stephen DeArmey has a special relationship with Harold LaFlamme, a minors counsel. It is interesting that DeArmey has acted as LaFlammes attorney of record and DeArmey will actively ask for LaFlammes appointment in his cases without revealing this relationship. DeArmey also likes to work with Mariam Galindo, a therapist who will write him favorable reports. The corruption is rampant in orange county and I agree with Attorney Lometavas that the key is to reveal the special relationships and who is connected in the corruption ring. The objective in the custody battle is to get you into monitored visitation at all costs so that the "neutral monitors" can write false reports to take away cusody. In my friends case, PA Nash and Associates was court appointed by Harold LaFlamme to monitor the visits. Patricia Nash and Carol Stewart of PA Nash are currently being investigated by law enforcement for their criminal acts. My advice to those who are suffering the injustice is to document everything and look for the money trail and the corrupt relationships.

I am a former clinical psychologist and have never seen anything like Naughton in my life in a courtroom. I have, when doing testing on very ill people. He berated me and my backround. He said my fiancee was lying. The only one he believed was a child molestor who also almost beat my fiancee to death. I don't care how many degrees I have I am flabergasted and hurt deeply. Thank you: I just wrote a narrative and have never seen anyone like Naughton on the bench. I refuse to call him judge since he has not earned that right! I thought he was appointed by Jerry Brown and if I am wrong on that fact I apologize. Naughton must go. He berated me and my fiiancee and believed the child molestor and man who almost beat my fiancee to death. The pictures are gruesome to say the least and he could have cared less.
