Favorable to male, but sometimes the opposite. It's about the monied spouse in a marriage? Can you spell violation of the RICO act, racketeering, bad land deals, bad mortgage deals?

I thought California was a joint custody, joint community property state that had checks and balances to weed out corrupt judges & lawyers. I had no idea that money & corruption would completely rule over any bit of common sense, and the general meaning of the laws. Lamoureaux is absolutely the scariest experience and most abusive place I have ever been.

Be good to one another, care for each other, excercize patients and tolerance, educate yourself, think of each others needs, and you shall stay out of family court.
I went thru one divorce, may parents divorce, so I have had 50 years to come to some conclusions:
1. It's fools that drag their children through court that are sick.
2. divorce stems from foolish, childish decisions, made by both parties, that start a chain reaction of ill will.
3. and in light of all this? Divorce creates a market for lawyers to scrape the iceing off the cake.
When Mike was an attorney, he not only respected the law, he respected his clients.

Look, most of what seems like, self-serving sociopaths on this blog don't like the judge because they cannot admit to themselves he knows what is best for both parties under the law. There is no winning in court, divorce court is a division, and it’s traumatic, yet one or both parties don't see what also lay in their own hands. Shop for attorneys, and look far and wide. Don’t just settle for a greedy suit. Find a lawyer with experience that’s been in the area for a long time, min 20 years with good references. good luck to you. Remember, eye's on yourself. Sometimes I visualize lawyers as vultures standing over the corpse of marriage, yet there maybe a good one right under our nose and we wouldn't even know it.
