shut up and let the justice system work we live in a great country that i have faith in. our legal system may be flawed at times but all you people giving facts and half truths from hearsay evidence need to stop. and those of you who do know the facts do you think you may be hurting the case against mr. Carter by divulging critical evidence? the girls just need to be left alone they are having a hard time with all that is happened. Mr. Carter deserves our prayers BUT justice will be done if not now in this lifetime when he stands before OUR God he will have to give an answer for what has happened and i hope and pray that God will forgive him as for me .....i am struggling with the forgivness and the anger that is in my heart for what he has done. He knows what is true.... I have know the girls for ALL there lives and i can tell you that All teenagers have challenges and struggles that they must over come in their behavior and attitude but i assure you you will NEVER meet two more loving girls anywhere and i pray that when all this is over they can find happiness and love for the rest of their days.......God is with us EVERY STEP HE will make our paths straight and together we will overcome and get thru this it will not be easy and it is a long road ahead but i can do all things in Christ JESUS he is my rock and my salvation....in my silence HE will fight for me and we will be victorious Mr. Carter as for you i will pray that if you do nothing at all you tell the truth thats all...May God have mercy on you AS for all of you who think you know this or that I urge you to just stop, let the justice system do its work this is a tragedy that has affected many lives on both sides of the family pray for us all....

I think this whole situation is a tragedy! Everybody thinks they know what has happened and what is going on, but they do not. Please stop judging the girls! They are going through enough grief with the loss of their mother. I cannot believe that people can be that insensitive.I think it is terrible that the sentinel actually lets people use the names of victims on here. The sentinel should be taking out the names to protect the girls. Please just pray for both of the familes, that are going through a horrible ordeal. If people would pray instead of slandering the world would be a better place.

No matter what, I love Greg...he was a great person, a good man, and a hardworker. I don't know very much about his personal life, but I know that something like this is not in his nature. I don't believe he would ever hurt anybody like that. This man has done nothing but spend his life trying to help people, and I am a better person for having known him. Based only on how I know Greg, I believe all of it is one big lie to get back at him. I was 18 with a stepfather once too. I hated him at times, but I was blessed to have him. And step parents should be commended for doing what they do for thier kids, even more so then biological parents. 2/3s of all cases like this are proven lies or retracted...and the only reason I believe the girls, (who I have never met), haven't 'cracked' yet, is because mommy isn't there to protect them. And I don't think they're stupid. They know that if the truth comes out, they will be behind bars. And unlike most of the cowards on here, I'm not afraid to post my real name. I will continue to keep Greg and his family in my prayers, as I always have.

But i do see where you are coming from.. If it was a friend of mine i wouldn't believe it either. So i do respect your opinion, but i have to say... greg did what he did, and he did it for a reason if you are ready to accept it or not. But their mommie isn't here to protect them for a reason either, he pushed her over the edge, which quite frankly isn't any of anyone's business on here, but the orlando sentinel just HAD to throw it in there. Greg confessed to some of it already, its only a matter of time before he lets it all spill. He turned himself in! Those girls would never put their moms life on the line to put their step father in jail. They never came forward before b.c their mother was so happy, they didnt want to see that go. But enough is enough. So I just think since you dont know both sides, you dont know them AND him, like I do.. its not right to say they are lying.

I know that has happened to me a few times in my life, i'm sure its happened in yours too. And once again, the younger sister loved greg, so why on earth would she make something like this up to get back at him? And dont go with the whole "the older one manipulated her" junk...because if you knew the girls, you would know that that is just absurd and would never work. And all of you people are forgetting that GREG ADMITTED TO IT! Helloooooo...does that not justify what the girls are saying. He turned himself in before the cops even thought about arresting him, if he didn't do it he would have never admitted to it..and dont say he was scared because no matter how scared you are, no one in their right mind would ever admit to a crime as serious as that if they were innocent. And you dont even know if the girls thought "mommy" would protect them. Many kids never think that their parents are going to believe them, and thats why they don't tell, or wait to tell. And that really has nothing to do with this case at all so I don't know why it was even brought up. And maybe you should keep the girls in your prayers too. They did lose their mother you know. No one deserves that..no matter if you think they are liars or not.

I think we all should let our justice system try him and deem the punishment due, instead of fueling anger in this manner. I am not belittling your mother for having spelling issues, I am stating that if she wishes to express an opinion, she needs to do so with proper enunciation, to be taken seriously. Just curious, but are you his daughter? because you seem to know so much about the situation, crime scene, ect....

I really dont get how some people can still believe that he didn't do it after he ADMITTED to part of it. Everyone just seems to be looking past that TINY LITTLE DETAIL. If he admitted to something, then obviously no one was making this up. Criminals never admit to EVERYTHING.
But whatever, who am I to say if its true or not. Seriously, no one on this stupid blog knows if greg did it or not..the only people that know the whole truth are greg and the girls. So everyone needs to just leave this whole thing alone and the truth will be revealed in time.
