Prudent people make judgements when all the information is presented..not just allegations and evidence from one side. That is how an advisarial justice system works.

I have read the court file, seen what both side has to say, unless something new is presented, all the facts are in, they just have not been presented to a jury yet.

You read the file? Guess everyone can go home then..except there is this thing called examination and cross examination and oh yeah, the jury gets to deliberate and come up with a verdict. Prejudging by the likes of Heidi (the file reader) instead of letting the evidence, all of the evidence, get presented and examined and cross examined is how justice sometimes never gets served. Narrow minded, agenda driven people taint the process which allows for innocent people to be convicted and guilty people to go free. Take a breath and wait for all of the evidence to be presented and challenged on both sides, not just what is in the "file". The file is an incomplete collection of data that needs to be flushed out by the process not by just file readers.

I agree with Heidi. I have a loved one that was physically hurt by this guy. I know him, his family, they are slick and sick.

I didn't realize you could actually read court files when someone was on trial. Doesn't that taint the public? You know the media has a great way of making news ONLY bad news and closed minded people that can't think for themselves fall for it every time. Brian deserves a fair trial regardless of what anyone says or feels about him. I wonder if the comments by these girls with negative things to say are just ex-s that he wouldnt give the time of day too. I totally understand I'd be upset if i got dumped to... but nevertheless Brians family had NOTHING to do w/it. I don't get why so many people have tried to belittle them. Simply go to the courthouse and pull the file. It's all a matter of public record. And no my father is not in law enforcement, he was in insurance. But since you assume you know so much about me, I can only conclude that you know of another victim of Brian's whose father was in law enforcement, but then again he left a verrrrrryyyyyy long trail of victims so it would be hard to determine which one I was.
