Yes,I agree Marchbanks did get off.I know my family has taken a huge knife to the heart. Amber's parents don't live where the murder took place,and quite frankly,they probably woulnd't put a memorial there. I know it would be a kind gesture from a Marchbanks family member to find it in their heart to start a memorial,or some type of fund for her little boy. The reason I say that my sister and husband wouldn't is because if you were in the courtroom and saw all of the officers clapping and patting the Marchbanks,plus praying for them.....well you get my point!I would be afraid that my family would be the next victim,because it's ok to shoot who ever,when ever,and any excuse will hold up,and hey if it doesn't well hey they will find the right "evidense"! I wish to continue to thank the ones who continue to pray for my family....

I absofrickinlutely ridiculous. Cynthia Marchbanks did not skip town, the "Ghost of Amber Robey" hasn't contacted anyone and there IS NO MOVIE BEING MADE.

Most of Anderson knows all abou Bobby and Gwen Marchbanks and their daughter Cindi. Years ago, they were very public and outspoken when they lived in town. They had a reputation for being someone`s best friend (to their face) and then shredding them to shi# behind their backs. They did this to many people in their neighborhoos, church, work etc. By the time that they moved away from Anderson in the late 1990`s, they had pissed off many people. The horrible murders and the brief return of them to Anderson (for the trial) in 2007, only brought back old wounds. The Courtroom was a circus and Big Daddy Bobby Marchbanks utilized his slick personna behind the scences- You can be assured of that. I believe that the Marchbanks family is gone forever from Anderson because they know that they are still hated by many here. Alot of it goes back to how they handled the Murders, and alot goes back to how they did people here in the past.... Even their old church rejects them...

I think that the movie will be made sometime down the road. The last I heard is that first a book will come out and expose the secrets behind the killer Marchbanks, her family, the alleged coverup and the clownlike trial and the unbelievable sudden holy festival that the Marchbanks put on. The funny thing about it is that locals that knew the Marchbanks never knew them to show this kind of seemly new-found put on Holy Roller act. Is it true that Cynthia Marchbanks wanted to be a stripper but was turned down by the strip clubs due to her ugly homly appearance?

We keep asking how could this baby and mother killer Marchbanks have gone free???? I am also shocked that they haven`t put up a memorial of some sort... Just evil and shameful....

To Sandy Herbster: You ONLY WISH you had the inside and outside beauty of Cyndi Marchbanks. No, it's not true she applied for a stripper's job. Get a life and talk about someone u actuly know. I'm sure u are a Dog and thats why u down pretty people. If you all are sooooooo concerned move out of the hick state that has such bad gun control laws and than this wouldnt be happening. Is this was in any other state she would be locked up. Justice was not served in this case. It was sickening how the good ole boy system of Anderson helped to get this killer Marchbanks off. Hell, her daddy even hugged the sheriff during the trial and blew smoke up everyones asses. Don`t be fooled. The trial was a mockery and it is sick that nobody has made a memorial in Anderson for the victims. The Marchbanks are not what they want people to believe. Don`t like they say, not like they do. How dare they throw arounf religion and God so loosely. I know of at least one bar in Anderson that has a mixed drink called The Cynthia Marchbanks. It is very strong, bitter and will put you on your ass out cold in about 5 seconds.

Im sure the murder and her family and friends want to forget abou this site and what really happened and go on with there lives (key phrase go on with there lives) but the robey family and friends cannot! My family is at a loss for the rest of our lives. A child will never have his mother or sister again! Miss pre modonna can go on living! So supporters go on typing and praying for Amber and her family! She got off of @ murders does she really deserve to have peace of mind TOO? I hope it haunts her til she dies! I do believe in Karma! It is inteesting to note that the Anderson SC lawyer who defending Marchbanks is now using video of the trial win to advertise her services! Duane White has the video on her website! It is wrong trying to profit off the death of these two inncent victims!!!!

Justin Bond is a dumbass because during the whole trial Cynthia Marchbanks was cheating on him while he had his family put property up to get her out on a surety bond. But yes she is still living and working in Anderson but NO she is no longer with Justin Bond. Justin is doing great and has moved on to live a great life. He has got back in touch with old friends and hopes to find someone that will be faithful and treat him right.
