This makes me laugh. I have a question, why are churches getting together to talk about how much they hate someone? It sounds like a big load of crap to me, get a hobby, whoever actually belives this crap is a complete dimwit. Maybe it's just me, but I hear no anger in her songs, she actually sounds quite happy. seriously...Taylor's just speaking about teenage life..it's what we all feel but nobody ever says it..most people find her songs inspiring..she's putting her feelings out there and letting tem be known whereas most just let them build up..

This is just riduclous..save your time and boycott things like oil prices that bring gas prices up..and the food prices are going up. my self I like to listen to the music to get away from all the stress in life and find something good..Taylor is a great singer..and I love her.maybe your just jealous or you just dont like music..the kids see more things on tv..and they learn..so if you are christian then you really are teaching your kids to judge and hate...wow thats so hipocritical on your part

boycotting is a bit ridiculous, but some of swift's lyrics and references to God are pretty disrespectful or simply unChristian and a bad rap for other Christians who really believe God is a holy God. claiming to be Christian is a thing not to be taken lightly (search youtube for the preacher Paul Washer :)), and i think that is why Christianity is seen as such a hypocritical religion now. however, true Christians do have a reason to be angry when their God is being profaned. yes we should love the sinner, but we should love the sin. nor should we claim loving the sinner, becuase we love the sinner's sin. - a 1989 baby

I'm a Christian who thinks Taylor Swift is a beautiful singer and a beautiful girl. The people planning to boycott Taylor Swift aren't showing the love and grace of Jesus if they're trashing her. The Bible,(and pre-school) tells us to love others as ourselves. Would anyone really like others talking trash behind their back? I don't know where Taylor Swift stands with Jesus, but it's not for us to judge. But, we still need to love her because we're all just as guilty as she is. Think about it.
