Like I've said before, I truely you find you're brother in good health. As far as bashing, show me where I've done that. littlesidekicks hubby is not a real soldier, thats not a slam but a stated fact. Army troops are called soldiers, Marines are called Marines. The values he was refering to are the 7 ARMY Values and not from the Marine Corp. I could care less about which branch is better but the bashing needs to quit. Surely a person of you're intelligence can understand that. Or can't you ? I do know what it's like not to be able to find a relative because it took me almost 17 years to find my own brother. He didn't want to be found until I did locate him. He knew I was looking. I used to think the worst but it did in fact turn out and afterward I was able to understand why he wanted to be alone on his own. I don;t like to see good people hurt, bashed or falsly accused until all efforts are completely exhausted. And, just for the record I do not make idle threats, and only suggest to you and others that you should watch what you say and do because you could always get bit in the end. You fail to realize that me telling you to stay focused is only trying to help you in you're search and stay out of the BS. That is the same advise I give my troops when I want them to keep their head in the game when we are training and at war. I am very level headed and know a great deal about how to manage and take care of soldiers. You need to realize that none of us military guys in here want to see our fellow troop or his family get bashed or be treated like criminals. There are always two sides to everything so try to look past the blinders you seem to wear and sort things out as realistically as you can. Listen to whats being said, and tell the rest to stop the bashing as well. It's hard to get help from those that you put on the defensive. Human nature is to defend yourself and those you love no matter what. Think and read back what I've been saying and you'll be alright. You yourself need to quit putting others down and making accusations without cause or proof. Hopefully you take a little advise here and start doing the right thing. As far as littlesidekicks hubby goes and her as well, they are egging on way too much out of these guys. Tough Guy, mthorseman69 are extremely good people and soldiers. They are only looking out for one of our own. They dont want to get me going and don't even know who I am. You don't know who I am either like you think you do, or at least you can't seem to tell me who I am. Just because these guys are defending a fellow soldier doesn't mean they are without heart and dont care weather or not you find your brother. Trust me when I say that we all hope for that. Put yourself in antohers shoes then ask yourself how you would feel if you were falsly accused.

We actually liked coming to your AO just to relax a little and have a good meal in you're DFAC's LSA Anaconda had great food. Speicher had good food, Warrior had good food and so on. We didn't have that luxury of good food nor the time to actually get to eat it.

Just saw this in the Army Times. It talks about combat effectiveness and the Marine Corp. A marine General is quoted in asking this question to the joint cheifs. "How combat effective can you be when you have to beg the Navy for a ride to combat ?" Thought that was a little humorous !!

no my husband is in the army not in the marines and he has put in his time and is now paying for it and it maybe with his life if they don't get him fixed so talk all the shit you want it's ok he has proof of where he's been and everything he had to do

Your words have been very rational and I appreciate it, I will take them to heart, lets all stop bashing the ones that have helped me as well because they really do mean well. I hope that from your mouth to Gods ear I do find my brother. As for all of you there is no need to bash the ones that have helped me, they really mean well and they will stick up for the ones they love as well. I will leave now and I will continue my search for my brother and when and if I find him you will all be contacted.

I know this is a little of the direct topic but it needs to be said. It is directly for ALL of the people that have served this nation. I allowed myself to bicker over a simple, yet strong word, no matter how it is said. Hooah, Hooh, or Hoorah Are all corect termenology for a word that symblizes strenth and pride. Here is a little history for everyone on this proud saying. It is not forsure exactly were it came from, but many beleive that it comes from when Second Dragon heard it from native Americans in Florida in the 1800's. Some think it comes from the Civil War time as battle cries the soldiers would yell to get their blood pumping. The most logical and believable origin is that it was taught to soldiers during the Revolutionary War and came from the prussion word Hurrah, meening streangth and fearless. It does not matter how you say it or how you spell it because every American Soldier that knows it and uses it knows the strenghth and pride of the word. I would like to say I am sorry for arguing over this word that is so great and hope that Everyone that writes something in this forum would leave this out of their posts. And for you Maria, I do whole heartedly wish you the best in finding your brother.
