Yes as christians we should help restore the brother. Problem here is that he is running a family business and not a biblical church. He should not be in the pulpit. He is disqualified as an elder, pastor, shepherd! God has laid out the requirements for such in Timothy and Titus. He should only attend church as a member and not in a leadership position. That is of course, as long as you believe in God's Word and follow His guidelines for pastors/elders.

Let ye without sin cast the first stone.
Casting the first stone is about judgement...This is about breaking the law.

Give the guy a call the next time you need a babysitter.

It astounds me that Christians ignore what God's word teaches about sexual immorality. God does not call it a small thing or winks at it or ignores it. This is not an isolated circumstance. How does his church know he does not struggle with a sexual addiction?
It seems that as soon as someone addresses sin that person is said to be judging or casting a stone. Whatever happened to speaking the truth or holding someone accountable. Our sin effects the Body of Christ and always will bring shame to the name of Christ. Let's not fool ourselves. Ron as the pastor of his church needs to step down and allow himself to be held accountable for his actions and get outside counseling.
There is grace and forgiveness but there is also a time to deal with the root of sin.
[MrSweetlou] First off a man who tries to follow a Rightous Path is still just a man. The best advice that I could offer someone is read your bible a let your soul be your guide. Because so many men interpuit the bible in ways to benifit themselves you really have to be careful who you decide to follow as your religious council.

[MrSweetlou]My friends thought I was crazy for starting my own chuch. Named The Church Of Divine Truth. Where I would tell those who have sinned .You know what you did now go to your corner of prayer & pray till you feel that your soul has been forgiven since god knows a mans sins& you yourself are held in account for your sins.If we start acting like we have since were doomed. You mean to tell me you can teach a dog how to almost act human but some of us don"t have any conscious or restriant. Well thats a dammm shame don:t you think.
