I know Joel. I know a different one and this story has floored me. Our minds are not like his. There is no excuse. His family loves him because he is family. As a family should...

I knew Joel and he wasn't ALWAYS selfish or a liar from day one. He was a good kid he made a really bad choice like many of us have in our lives. He should be punished for the things he did. But also keep in mind he was in the Marines for an extended period of time. He was very proud of that. So don't think that this KID has been some kind of screw up all his life because he hasn't.

Makes you wonder if he caused the accident so that he could do what he did. How can he have his stuff already ready for that particular time. His interferrence kept the real help from doing their job. The ones that died may have survived we will never know. He needs to be sued.

So the LifeFlight was delayed on take off because this idiot stole something off the LifeFlight that the patient needed and the patient died!

When this all comes out you will learn this this piece of crap has stolen equipment from several local Fire Departments. Stole farming equipment, you name it this piece of crap has stole it.

I hope this chicken jumps bail so when he gets caught for THAT they will lock him up and throw away the key!

I have never made a bad choice in my life. I am in the military too for 18 years, 2 years from retirement. I would not have been able to make it this far with bad decision making. He had the same opportunity to do the right thing. He had two courses his life could have went and he took the wrong course. He needs to live with the choice he made and be penalized to the fullest. He may not have been a screw up all his life but I bet he been a screw up MOST of his life.

he is only 22, how long was he in there & what was his discharge?

But sadly, it wouldn't surprise me if he takes his own life now that his deceptive personality has been revealed for all to see. I hope I'm wrong and he has it in him to make the effort to pay his debt to society and become a better person.

Why didn't Lifeflight get the cops attention on the scene when this guy was caught red-handed? I've never understood that. I too agree he should be charged with manslaughter.

There is another guy running around Tulsa saying he's a Captain on the Tulsa Fire Department he's a volunteer Fireman in Rolling Hills, His name is Pete Broderick, He goes around with a Tulsa Fire Department Shirt on and tells everyone he's a Captain at Station 1 There is Not Tulsa Fire station No.1 He's a imposter.
Tulsa Fire Department needs to do something about this guy too. Not only is he not a Tulsa Fireman he's a convicted felon..........
