Albany family court judge charged with DWAI

At long last, Maney is finally being punished for his arrogant, thoughtless judgments through the years. He has hurt many people and enjoyed it. I'm grateful to God that He finally punished this awful man.

This man controls the lives of children and he is supposed to make good judgements. How can he do that when he can't make good judgements for himself? Driving under the influence at 8:30pm, how many children and families are out and about at that time? He himself was putting lives in danger. I know the Judge is a good man but with this situation I do not believe it would be right for him to continue his position as Albany County Family Court Judge. His position is to teach responibility with drugs (which includes alcohol). If he himself can not do that than how can he be able to pass judgement on other people doing it.

this judge is not only unfair but does not prctice the letter of the law. He is presiding over a case in which the respondent was never served with paper. He has taken away all the respondents rights as a mother, just because she wont move back to her county.Congrats to the police officer who caught him he should get a medal. Thank god that no lives were hurt or taken.Maybe he should check him self into a 28 day reah program to get some help for his alcholism.

well its about time this judge admits that he is not perfect. he has taken both of my children away and allowed there abusive and alcholic father to have tempoary custody of them. I ask myself were is the justice for mothers in this country. I will continue to fight but as long as this so called judge is on the bench i dont have a chance unless its happy hour.

to the mother from nj I don't like this judge. with that said. For this judge to side with a Father he must be a judge,cop,politition or very rich, or your a very very bad mother.
