do you think the MN river is an endless supply? There is one thing that humans never think of, and that is how will what we do taday effect several generations ahead. We need to start thinking beyond ourselves, and beyond today.

We need to start conserving rather than being the fuel gluttons we clearly are. That and build a decent rail system like Europe and Asia have.

And what exactly do we use the resource for right now absolutely nothing other then dams.. Which we could still do. You want to cry about wrecking the river then go after Montevideo fine for there actions after the flood that made it so polluted. U fools need to wake up or move to Iowa

ASterik then move there or push for mass transit, like Europe has. U have no real answers, just bs its called wind power, solar power, dam power, battery power. Look at how bush gave all that money to GM and how thery got it did a study and didn't do anything with alternitive fuels for vehicles

kinda snide aint ya? Are you inferring that i am stupid? Not so. I am an environmentalist and also a person that wishes people would think ahead of themselves. I'll have to do some research on this topic,as not to offend someone who knows about it.

Yes meow you are stupid. On one issue you say coal emmissions and another your saying how this minnesota river is a resource. Make ur mind up u don't care about the emmisions from a coal plant in Big Stone S.D.. that will reach the minnesota river but then you say its a resource. Moron this coal plant is going to destroy this resource anyway.. But no way for the ethonal plant. Wake up no way are you a enviormentalist because u would know about coal emmisions if you were and you wouldn't of said what you said. You want me to be respectful then know thats facts before you say something and stop lying. And don't knock what I say if you don't even know the facts which there is no way u do because you already crossed ur words.

excuse me Tammy but I have not said One word about coal emmissions. You maybe have my posts mixed up with someone else? You seem to want to fight with someone, why?Calm down this is not a place to call people morons I'm not very comfotable with your pissy attitude . Try not to tell anyone they say things if they don't. please go back through every word I have put on here and make a reply to the exact one where I specifically say one word about coal emmissions, and when you see you cant find one maybe you will lighten up. Do you have mental problems?

Tammy You never mention the River as a source of beauty, or mention the beautiful plants and the wildlife. I respect nature and what the Creator put on this earth. I feel we humans should not mess around to much with what gifts the Creator gave us. You seem like someone who just likes to put others down.Your comments are not exactly full of any wisdom nor intelligence.

Maybe WE dont need to use it as a resource, maybe we could let it be,just like God intended it to be, maybe we should let the wildlife use it as their homes, just maybe we should "let" the fish, and turtles, frogs etc, etc, etc, use the river as their homes? Hey what a novel idea, let a river just be a river!!As far as moving, Tammy t my ancestors have always lived here,ALWAYS we are Sioux, and we NEVER exploited Grandmother Earth, Maybe you should move back to MO.You have no idea what you are saying, your thoughts contradict themselves. You put words in peoples mouths!! I am not in favor of coal plants or ethonal plants . i have no answer for how we should provide energy, because here i sit on this computer,it uses electricity,I drive a car,i to am guilty of using unnatural energy. I just dont understand you, I think you fight with yourself,You have accused me of saying things I never commented on. i will no longer have any communication with you, you like to call people morons and you should be saying that to yourself.I to want this earth to be a good clean place to live. For MANY generations to come! Do you have any idea what the water is used for when it is used in this plant,do you think it just runs in and runs back out.Do you ever THINK of what you say??Do you think that their is so much water we dont have to consider protecting it?? You are the one who needs to wake up and take a look at your ownself!!
