Nov 10, 2009 Obama assumes role of presidential healer in times of crisis Today, President Obama -- now on his way to Fort Hood, Texas -- takes on another White House role, comforting the nation in times of tragedy. Over the years, people have begun to look to presidents for comfort in troubled times, especially in the era of mass communications. It can be a sensitive and challenging task. http://content.usatoday.com/communities/theov...

People get bullied every day and don't go off and kill a dozen people. People have experienced things a whole lot worse than what this guy did and are still productive, law-abiding citizens. There is a culture of "victimization" perpetrated by individuals who want to blame their outrageous behavior on everybody but themselves. They are enabled by people like you. If you want to get your panties in a wad over victims and victim's rights why don't you do it for the guy who gets banged in the head with a hammer or shot in the back while he's standing in line minding his own business? Why do you reserve your empathy for the sick sons of ... who commit the crimes? U.S.-born Islamic cleric: Nidal Hasan "Did the Right Thing" Nidal Hassan is a hero. He is a man of conscience who could not bear living the contradiction of being a Muslim and serving in an army that is fighting against his own people. This is a contradiction that many Muslims brush aside and just pretend that it doesn't exist. Any decent Muslim cannot live, understanding properly his duties towards his Creator and his fellow Muslims, and yet serve as a US soldier. The US is leading the war against terrorism which in reality is a war against Islam. Its army is directly invading two Muslim countries and indirectly occupying the rest through its stooges………The heroic act of brother Nidal also shows the dilemma of the Muslim American community. Increasingly they are being cornered into taking stances that would either make them betray Islam or betray their nation. Many amongst them are choosing the former. The Muslim organizations in America came out in a pitiful chorus condemning Nidal's operation. The fact that fighting against the US army is an Islamic duty today cannot be disputed. No scholar with a grain of Islamic knowledge can defy the clear cut proofs that Muslims today have the right -rather the duty- to fight against American tyranny. Nidal has killed soldiers who were about to be deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan in order to kill Muslims. The American Muslims who condemned his actions have committed treason against the Muslim Ummah and have fallen into hypocrisy. http://www.jihadwatch.org/2009/11/us-born-isl ... "We live in a world where careless verbal arsonists like Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck are always looking for opportunities to inflame bigotry." Are KXYL's Bullying morning hosts just small town "careless verbal arsonists" "looking for opportunities to inflame bigotry" ? I’d wager they are !

Steve, it's beyond belief how an American citizen like yourself could go so far as you have in your non-stop posting, defending this murdering terrorist. Most of us with common sense can't imagine stooping so low. I seriously doubt any muslim ever had a gun pointed at their head and forced to join the U.S. military and I seriously doubt any muslim was ever forced to live in this country that they obviously hate. It's pretty clear that moving to a country you hate is simple infiltration. I really shouldn't even be responding to such stupidity, but hopefully, the few reasonable people who frequent this forum will from now on simply ignore you and allow you to post, repost and reply to your own posts to your hearts desire day in and day out and just let you talk to yourself. You'll always have hezekiah and gigglebutt to agree with you on any subject, so you'll never be alone.

How does a Muslim terrorist infiltrate a US military base and shoot dozens of people? What security from terrorism can the rest of us possibly have?

Maybe we are all doomed and it is your liberal, moral relativism that has put us in this position. When your society becomes so permissive that it can no longer tell right from wrong and accepts any behavior as just the other guy's kicks, then you fall victim to guys whose kicks include imposing their hard-line theology on you and cutting your head off when you disagree with them. That's OK. You'll go before I do. I don't plan to go down without a fight. All you'll mange is a little limp-wristed hand wringing and sobbing on the way to the gas chamber. That ought to be good for a laugh. ALLAH AKBAR!

Non stop posting? Like we can't tell it's you posting using 20 zillon diff usernames with no isp on any of them lol. Your the easiest one to spot out of everyone, as you never have an isp. You put words in other ppl's mouths quite frequently, and you use many different names to do it with! I can speak for myself, I don't need you to speak for me. Quit your bitching already, and change your name again, so we can ignore the next one as well. If you shouldn't be responding to what you call stupidity ....then why ya posting now...stupid. I have to laugh everytime you use me, Hez, or steves name..it shows we are still getting on your last nerve. Your such a loser lol They should jail this bastard that killed these soldiers for life. If Steve feels this way, even I do not understand his logic, but it's his opinion and that's that. Everyone has one, even you. I think they should jail for life or execute the man that killed them soldiers, but that's just my opinion. What purpose would it serve to go into a mosque and kill dozens of ppl that had nothing to do with the crime at Ft. Hood, or anyone that is gay? Your showing your true mentality. Thank god your not in the military. Any endeavor to rationalize and reason with Steve is impractical. To reason with Steve is disparagement. One has to diagnose and tolerate Steve’s form of reason for instance to better understand Steve; say a lone gunmen shot Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Barney Frank, and all the names on the following link listed…. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Gay_pol... We would not jump to conclusions nor would we view it as terrorism. Of course Steve would be exasperated.

You're way too overweight and cowardly anyway. Glad to see you appreciate my Obama related posts ! With jobs order, Obama gives veterans more to celebrate By Joe Davidson Wednesday, November 11, 2009 Presidential executive orders are lofty, historical documents, generally signed in White House ceremonies with pomp and circumstance. Seldom do we think of them beginning in a small town on the eastern edge of West Virginia. But it was in Shepherdstown, with a population of 803 at last count, where President Obama's latest executive order, designed to facilitate the hiring of veterans in the federal government, got its start. Since 1944, federal law has required that vets be given certain preferences when federal agencies hire. And this isn't the first time an administration has made noise about being nice to vets. What will come of this latest effort remains to be seen. But the quiet signing ceremony in the Oval Office on Monday evening certainly was an important move in the right direction. By establishing an interagency council and requiring that progress be tracked and reported back to the president, the executive order created a mechanism with teeth. "This is a very definite step forward in what veterans can take advantage of," Clarence E. Hill, the American Legion's national commander, said in an interview. "There has never been anything like a veterans employment office. This is a big step," added Hill, who attended the signing. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/...

Well, now months later, it seems Brother President has maybe not such great ratings, seems they have fallen faster than anyone in recorded history, in less than one year. Those who hoped to gain from this guy had better get the ball rolling because he is fast becoming known as the worst President in the history of the U.S., outpacing Jimmy Carter and Bill ugh Clinton, maybe he can trump Clinton by actually getting booted out after he gets impeached, maybe prison if his true financial records ever do come out. One might actually dare him to post his student loan, personal ID, college records or actual proof his name really is what he claims and not what recorded history says it is. Shame on him, more shame on us who allowed this to happen.

Obama executive order targets payment errors By Robert Brodskyrbrodsky@govexec.comNov ember 24, 2009 Federal agencies soon will be required to create a dashboard on their Web sites that tracks the amount of money they have spent on improper payments, under a new directive from President Obama. The executive order -- which Office of Management and Budget Director Peter R. Orszag previewed last week -- is aimed at increasing the transparency and public scrutiny of payments to beneficiaries of federal programs, contractors, grant recipients and other entities. During the next six months, the Treasury secretary, attorney general and OMB director must publish online information about improper payments for high-priority or high-cost programs. The data is to include agencies' current and historical error rates for incorrect disbursements; the known causes of the mistakes; the amount of money that has been recovered; and the entities that have received the highest amount of outstanding improper payments as long as those entities aren't being considered for referral to the Justice Department for criminal prosecution. http://www.govexec.com/dailyfed/1109/112409rb...
