yea this guy was an asshole and threaten to pull his gun just because i had no driver license present. keep in mind he saw my wife and two small kids with me. so he demands me to exit the car and then gets in my face and wants to know why i had no license present. i then told him with my hands in the air and my kids looking out the back window that he was acting like a fucking idiot. he then backs up and pulls out his can of mase and says what did u call me. i begged him not to spray me because my family and two small children was watching. at this time backup showed up and he finally changed his attitude. i gave him my DL # because i have it memorized and told this guy several times during the pull over. such bullshit this guy had no right to act in this manner.

Remember, this trooper has a supervisor. You have all your rights to make a complaint. I strongly suggest to do it and they can keep you unanimous.

There are two sides to a story and obviously the truth isn't being told. A trooper will not pull a gun on you just because you don't have a drivers license, remember that as soon as those strobe light go on the camera is automatically turned on there is no way to by-pass it. So tell the whole story, why did you take so long in giving him your drivers license if you were so concerned about your kids. On the citation that he gave you there should be a badge number and the troopers name, man up and take it to his supervisor. Remember, the video is always on record and with the citation control number they will look it up on the data base and view the video with you. SO MAN UP AND DO IT FOR THOSE KIDS THAT WERE SO DISTRAUGHT.

Well, hard working american. I feel that their is always two stories to be told. I would like to see the video which would probably paint a different picture, like you being the dumb-ass shit head that started the whole ruckuss. Before you starting saying you are a hard working american, look in the shoes of those you accuse of being dick-heads. Maybe you were in an argument with your wife, and lost the argument to her, so when the trooper pulled you over you decided to try and take it out on him, because you didn't want to take it out on your wife. Ask for the video tape and fess up to papa, and quit crying like a little bitch that you are!

DPS Tech is right in many ways. U should have looked or asked for his batch number and name. Then you should have reported him to his supervisor. Next time when you feel you have been discremanated by an officer or whomever works for the governement authority be smart.Ask for name, batch number etc.

Hmmm why does it sound like everyone commenting against hard working american is a COP? I can totally see this happening just look at that idiot that was trying to arrest his WIFE in Harlingen. He is a LEVEL 3 TROOPER who was arrested for family violence. This TROOPER just contradicts any "code of ethics" that officers have. I'm not saying that all law enforcement officials are like that but the RAGE does happen.

It does happen, for that very reason I advised the person to look at his citation take the badge number and control number to a supervisor and file a TST-C454R (JUSTIFIABLE COMPLAINT FORM) and the supervisor will be happy to look at video with his superiors and lawyers if need be. "You have to actually walk the line to be able to say that it is not straight" - unknown.
