LAFD Asst. Chief Charged With Conspiracy In 2007 Crash

Ha! They stole that idea from the LAPD!

I believe Fire Asst. Chief Robert Franco should be FIRED from his job and lose his pension. His integrity is shot to h*ll. Also, all three should be serving time in jail too.

Although what they did was wrong, if Mr. Franco wasn't a chief firefighter, and was just an average joe then everyone knows this whole thing would not become such a big deal... regardless of what happened, this is a family that needs prayers... maybe instead of talking shit about his integrity, family and job career you could all take the time to see what his family is going through...

Franco should be fired. I just want to know if he is getting special treatment from the LAFD because he wears a gold badge.

If you knew how much money this assistant chief makes for his 10 days a month you would cringe……and he also gets 24 vacation days per year…..and 6 sick days……all this for about 160,000 a year………let me see….120 minus 30 = 90 days per year …
160,000 divided by 90 =$ 1,777.00 per day……LOL…..Wouldn’t you expect better judgment for your tax buck……you my friend say a prayer for his family…on your way to work so you can pay his retirement !!!

This man should be fired and lose all his retirement and pension. He is a disgrace to the LAFD family. All should be charged and do some jail time.

Since they couldn't be a good example to thier kid by having him face concequences, then examples should be made out of them.

Chief Franco Should be fired, he should be made an example of. For years the LAFD has let the "Gold Badges" get away with murder. This is not this Chiefs first offence. He is a disgrace.
