The race and age of the person/persons who did this are of no consequence. After a fair trial and a verdict of guilty, reparation should be part of the punishment at the time of sentencing.
Hopefully someone from the higher ranks of LAPD will take notice of how widespread this crime was and answer the requests of San Pedro residents to get more patrols and better protection!
