I am still the cute Hoosier!!! You wouldn't happen to have any naked pics, would you?

You enter my home without invitation, if I can get at my shotgun I will point and shoot. My thinking is "Better to be tried by 12 then carried by six."

Well, if you knew him that well then maybe you should have intervened into his obvious Felonious ways and he would still be alive. This was not his first Burglery or Home Invasion. Nobody brings that many Weapons to their first try at something like that. Perhaps, YOU may be just slightly Culpable in his Death as well.... Food for thought, before you accuse others of having "no conscience".

You people need to start using your brains..... Does it matter? You break into my house at 2am Buddy Boy, I'm shooting you. I'll find out whether or not you had the capability to use deadly force yourself after the fact. I have no interest in a level playing field.

I remember an old lady who shot a loose cow she mistook for a loose horse who used to bother her garden. Same example. Shoot first ask questions later. These silly rabbits should not be dead. But I'll bet $10000 that home burglaries go down to next to nothing in this town after this. Stupid should hurt. It's nature's way.

Everyone keeps saying that the death wasn't necessary. I tell you what, I don't need anyone to tell me when and how I can defend myself. I don't care if there are children around me, a little grass (which is all that the guy was selling), or woman. I don't need a piece of paper, or some mexicans crying on the news, to tell me when and where and how I can defend myself. Those wetbacks got what they deserved. Maybe their parents learned a valuable lesson, don't let your kids turn into stupid little thugs. All the mexicans around here think that they're "ghetto" like they're some product of their environment. that's bull, they watch MTV to learn how to dress and talk. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR KIDS MEXICANS!!!

A message for all gun owners. Had these homeowners not had a gun, this news article would have read far differently. It may have read, "Family of 3 killed in home invasion." When will those idiots in Washington wake up and realise that gun ownership is the only and the last bulwark of freedom in this country.

I received an E-mail telling me that the new 2009 tax forms will be asking you how many hand guns and rifles are in your household.
"They" want to know.
"Senate Bill SB-2099 will require you to put on your 2009 1040 fedral tax form all guns that you have or own. It will require fingerprints and a tax of $50 per gun.
This bill was introduced on Feb 24, 2009 by the Obamma staff.
BUT this bill will only become public knowledge 30 days after the new law becomes effective! This is an amendment to the Internal Revenue Act of 1986. This means that the Finance Committee has passed this without the Senate voting on it at all.
If this at all interests you, please feel free to forward and inform others.
I would call this shocking and deeply invasive coming from this Democratic/Communistic reign.
No new taxes. They lie. They lie to us.
I don't own any guns, but I am also not against them for self defense. And this underhanded Obamma sneaky snake shat has to bother many who value freedom from tyrany and backroom power plays against what Americans have fought to prevent.
No new taxes.....when is enough ever enough?
To them never. Intrusive, lieing bastards.
Reference this Senate Bill SB-2009 yourself.

I receive this sort of garbage from time to time and without fail they're from friends that are, drumroll.......... Republicans. Big surprise though as they didn't seem to understand what you were trying to tell them about our justice system a few pages back. It doesn't matter how bad the newspaper story looks all defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. In all likelihood Mr. Homeowner was justified in his actions. However, we haven't actually heard all the details of the case so nothing is carved in stone. For all we know he had invited them to his house earlier in the evening and as time rolled on he got mad and shot a couple of them because they accused him of charging too much for weed. Just because someone CLAIMS you stole from them you are not a CRIMINAL until you've been convicted in a court of law. After all we do live in the good ol' US of A. The court of public opinion does not supercede an actual court of law.

Good citizens finally taking back the things they work so hard for. Hopefully, some of the future teenage criminals will think twice before commiting crimes; they're never too young to die for their crimes.
