Damn i was there it was horrible!!! Damn that was some fight...i knew the guy that got shot....poor guy he wasnt even involved...sad....

I knew Javier also, the one who got shot. All he was doing was moving a 19 year old kids car. The kid was scared. Mistaken identity.

I worked at the same place Javier worked. He worked 2 jobs to give money to his family. He constantly joke with me at work. Get under my skin and drive me nuts.:) He would help me out when needed. He was just a happy person.

I feel the judical system needs to change. If you murder somebody and there is no doubt such as the way they murdered Javier (not like trying to protect yourself from harm), then you will recieve the death penalty. That includes minors. If they know better then the minor needs to be responsible for his actions.

All body parts and blood of the person if healthy will be donated to help those who need those parts (heart, eyes, kidneys,etc.) As long as there is no doubt who murdered, the sentence should be swift a month. Stop costing tax payers thousands of dollars each year on these murderers. Stop having gang members hide behind there under 18 year old age.

I am a vegetarian (do not like to kill animals) and a teacher of children, so these words are harsh for me. But I must go with logic and not my heart on this one. To many innocent people like Javier are being murdered, and our leaders just sit back and not find an answer. WELL HERE ABOVE IS ONE ANSWER, LEADERS WAKE UP AND DO SOMETHING. I DO NOT WANT ANY OF MY FRIENDS, OR LOVE ONES OR INNOCENT CHILDREN BEING MURDERED BECOMING A SATISTIC NEEDLESSLY. NO MORE POLITICS OR RED TAPE, JUST DO YOUR JOB!!!!!!!
