Murder charges filed for fatal Montclair crash in police pursuit

This guy is only 5'2 and weighs 190 pounds. An ex-con on parole with the name of Louis Lazalde but has the name "Jacob" tattooed on his neck. Who is that? His last cellmate? And now he is terrorizing his ex-girlfriend. No wonder she wanted to keep him away from her. Maybe this time he'll be put away for good.
