I rent from them but I am looking to buy 2 lots n get started on my house or maybe a trailor. I'm glad they keep building homes cause there is still a lot of people that need places to stay instead of 4 families living in a 2 bedroom hm with mom. So actually they r helping out with who needs the help

BUT WHAT GRETA REALLY NEEDS TO DO IS START INSPECTING THE HOUSES CAUSE I BEEN IN A COUPLE OF HER HOUSES AND THEY ARE ALL MESSED UP..BROKEN DOORS,HOLES IN WALLS AND ALOT OF MORE STUFF..PPL TAKE CARE OF THESE HOUSES THATS ALL WE HAVE HERE.

Do not criticize P & J unfairly. If you do not want to rent from them or need to rent from them then don't.
