Really? Beat the guy up for a permit? It is America, the land of the lame and blame-it-on-others after all.
Just go to any store if you find anyone in real need of the space other then another fat, lazy person just to lame to leave it to a person in need.
I would bet anyone real money to spend a day betting on the people using the spaces.
I am a vet and qualify for a handicap permit, but prefer to park far away and walk. Really don't want to park near the fat and lame.

Ya know what I'm tired of? I have a BLUE Handicapped placard. I am a disabled Vet. I don't look disabled. But all the nosey people asking me if I should be parking there. I'd much rather not be disabled and walk the distance to the store than be disabled. Mind your business! Lastly, FYI, I drive a $66 thousand dollar car. Yes even disabled people can afford it. People get pissy when I pull up in my newer BMW. Just mind your business. It's not up to YOU to judge someone if they do or do not "deserve" a handicapped placard.
