I don't know if Aida just had a lousy cruise or was she expecting much more OR if she's just a plain Kvetch. I am a veteran cruiser with 70 under my belt and four already booked for the rest of this year(so far). I save a lot of money by taking inside cabins, staying away from the casino, avoiding the expensive optional tours, doing most of my cruising in the fall when prices are cheaper, staying away from the extra-cost restauarants, and I don't drink at all. On the very rare occasion when I am served an item that is not tasty I merely push it away. The waiter noticing my disatisfaction will always bring me something else. The shows are free, the music is free, the games are free and I always enjoy a marvelous cruise. Where else in this world can one go, see shows, eat eleven meals a day - all for about a hundred a day plus tips. Tips are only $10 a person a day for everything. Cruising the the best travel bargain on this earth.
