NINE-FOUR-NINE-TWO-TWO-SIX-NIN E-FOUR-THREE-THREE A NEIGHBOR HAD CALLED ME, AND THIS IS FOR EVERYONE TO READ: AND SAID SHE WAS TERRIFIED OF THE NEEDHAM FAMILY FROM A MONTH AGO LONG BEFORE THIS MURDER BECAUSE MICHAEL HAD FLIPPED OUT ON A WOMAN A MOTHER OF 4 CHILDREN AND IN HER MID 40'S BCAUSE SHE POINTED A FINGER AT JOHN NEEDHAM ABOUT HOW LOUD AND RUDE HE WAS AND MICHAEL NEEDHAM HAD LITERALLY THREATENED HER SAYING, AND I QUOTE HER EXACTLY "DONT EVER LOOK AT MY SON LIKE THAT AGAIN, OR ILL HIT YOU, OR ILL HURT YOU," EVEN JOHN TRYING TO PUSH HIS DAD INSIDE THE HOUSE HAD STATED "DAD GET IN THE HOUSE YOU DONT NEED TO ACT LIKE THAT, STOP, SHUT UP" THEN MICHAEL HAD SAID SOMETHING ALONG THE LINES OF "HAVE YOU EVER SEEN THE OTHER SIDE OF A GUN BEFORE " ETC ETC. AND SHE SAID SOMEONE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD HAD SEEM HIM RUN OUT OF THE GARAGE, BEFORE ANYTHING HAD BEEN DISCOVERED AND THE ONLY WAY OUT OF THE GARAGE OR FRONT DOOR IS TO PASS THE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM THE ONE WHERE BOTH JOHN AND JACQUELINE HAD BEEN .... -HEATHER MERIE |

1 San Clemente, CA What do you people think the military teaches people, how to deliver water and candy to little Iraqi children? Or does it teach them how to kill with extreme effectiveness. I know we are all supposed to love our fighting men and woman, but the fact of the matter is, the military teaches these people to be monsters, to do horrible shi%t when told to, but they do not teach them how to be human again after the war is over. |

1 The truth of the matter is that none of us were there. and we have no idea what really went on. The media is directing our minds to think one thing and then flipping it around to lead us to believe otherwise. There is a young beautiful woman who is no longer with us and there is a man who is obviously disturbed and needs to be in psychiatric care. I think we all need to open our eyes to the fact that we are lucky to be alive and well. Life moves down unexpected pathways and we will never know where is will lead us, so we should live it up and keep our loved one who have passed in our hearts. Be grateful, Genuinely Smile & Love Life. |

Hurting Vet, thank you for your sacrifice so many years ago. I'm sorry that the assistance you need from the VA is not what is required.
From what I know about longterm PTSD, the stress of constant adrenaline and other hormones involved in "Fight or Flight" has lowered your immunity plus depleted a whole host of other chemicals, vitamins and minerals that you need to get better. Please consider eating a really good, whole foods with vegetables diet, although you probably don't feel like it much these days. If you are not already, check with your doctor about a good multivitamin/mineral supplement. B-complex vitamins are critical for your nervous system, plus depletion of calcium/magnesium due to prolonged stress causes further anxiety, fear and even hallucinations. I don't know if you smoke or drink, but those plus caffeine contribute to nervousness and disrupt sleep patterns. I said a prayer for you. Wishing you well. |
