AP, I'm a much better American than you are! My family followed the laws, we didn't sneak across. And every single one of us have a college education. How about you?

And you never answered my question: Would you fight to defend the United States? And by that, I mean take up arms, not push paper around a desk.

And it was "pointless" to liberate Iraq, after the dictator had killed 500,000 people? Having another democracy in the Middle East is a bad thing?

So you're both a racist and a traitor?

I thought as much.

No, patriotic is what I am. I sent money to support both the Minuteman project and AB-1070 in Arizona. And my race is Hispanic, guy, but I'm more of a re-blooded American than you: At least I know and admit the truth about Operation Iraqi Freedom. How many terrorist attacks did that prevent? US and British Intel says at least 300.

Yea but the bigot laws and practices did not become outlawed till the sixties, and they continue with SB-1070, that law can kiss my azzz.. You are so smart with your reptr them and deport them, it seems that fox news is speaking out your azzzz, you must feel proud to be hispanic, that only means you have a spanish last name, that is all.
<quoted text>
Speaking of bigoted laws, how about Affirmative Action? Biggest piece of BS legislation there is. Employment and education that doesn't look at merit, but skin color.

I'll vote for this guy - not because of his beliefs, but because of his stance on education. Our schools are forced to teach to the dumbest kid in class. They should be teaching to the smartest and letting everybody else catch up. If they can't keep up - then repeat the class until you can.

Too bad his beliefs will actaully keep him from doing the job the right way.

Last week when television journalists wanted to get his comments on his intention to run, his response was that he wouldn't talk to the "Jew Media". Do you really think his beliefs are not going to affect his actions in a negative way?

I guarantee he's as educated, if not more so, than half on the board already. There's a reason they don't list their credentials on their website, other than the single member with a Doctorate in Education.

If you don't like it here, "A-Patriot", pack your stuff up and leave my country! We're better than you here, and we dislike your racism and inane comments.
I bet you're on welfare, aren't you? Was it because of your drug problem, or your lack of a diploma?

I'm tired of trying to reason with you. I'm done here. You're a moron, and I'm not wasting my time on punks like you.

I'll leave you with this one, final comment: On my worst day, I'm still twice the person you will ever hope to aspire to!

where has america gone when there are people like you supporting white supremacists, whats next your going to take away civil rights and bring back segragation!!1
<quoted text>
Where has America gone with pasty white liberals, like you, sitting on their widening asses with their thumb up their ass while our country is being destroyed from the inside out? Our education systems, social programs, economy, etc. are in shambles because so many people are afraid to take a stand and uphold common sense in fear of hurting somebody's FN feelings. Cry me a river.

So the guy is a white nationalist? Who cares. Does that mean I shouldn't support any Mexican, Black, Jew, Asian, Buddhist, Muslim, Morman, or Nordic herder - even if they have good ideas? I don't care about other people's beliefs - I have my own. As long as they serve for the better good of our communities and our Country - they have my support. Skin color, religion, personal beliefs, etc. do not matter. Anybody who uses those as excuses or reasons are simply using a crutch to minimize their own personal inadequacies.

It's easy to label somebody a racist. If I was white I might be offended.

I did not know about that comment - it was surely an a-hole move on his part. However, playing devil's advocate - is he really going to get fair treatment in the media anyway?

My only support for this guy is regarding his statements about our education system. I don't share is view on race or religion, etc.- but it is time somebody (and I don't care who) stands up and reverses the downward trend in our education system. If he has the balls to do it - who cares if he hurts people's feelings? Too many people have been coddled for too long as it is.

You are clearly a product of California's education system. I'll dumb it down for you.

Somebody's race, religion, or personal beliefs DO NOT matter as long as they are setting high standards in our schools and applying them equally to every student. Period. Comparing war criminals to somebody who is running for a school board in podunk California is lame - and grasping at straws in lack of a substantial argument.

White? Fat? Unemployed? Teabagger? You picked this all up from an internet message board? Amazing.

LOL, yes, I studied it for a sociology class that I taught at a local junior college. The estimates are that up to 80% of Blacks refuse to wear a safety belt when in a moving car. When I asked my students if they agreed, two black women said "Yes, it's not in our culture".
I hope that their culture can over-ride the laws of physics, because the color of your skin has zero bearing on you getting seriously hurt in a traffic collision.
I just looked this up online, and got a report from NHTSA. It reported that 75% of Black Americans wore seatbelts all the time while driving. This was in 1998. Other stories reported that the rate of seatbelt use increased in the early 2000s, so, it's high and rising. The only issue is that it's lagging behind white people's use of seatbelts.

So, this 80% estimate is way off the mark.

Well, ain't it convenient that the immigration laws pretty much say that you need to be some kind of technician or actuary or professional to be a legal immigrant.

The people who sneak across are the ones who want to work, but don't have the education, credentials, professional standing, and money. The poor masses yearning to breathe free, like it says on the Statue of Liberty.

They aren't "getting in line" because there is NO line for them. They're sneaking in because they want to have their American Dream, but the door is shut to them.

Look, his agenda is pretty clear. It's to divert minority students to vocational education rather than college. In this modern economy, that virtually assures that these people will be employed by whites in other areas, who are getting college tracked.

That's a total white supremacist agenda.

Remember - it was a crime to teach slaves to read. That law was put in place to hobble the Black intellect, to keep them in mental chains that were stronger than iron chains.

No, we're had pro American, until the mid-60's when minorities started demanding special programs and set-asides specifically for their targeted ethnic group. People started putting their race before "America",(i.e. Mexican-American) and that's just wrong. We're supposed to be a melting pot society, not one divided by racial camps.
"American Patriot", you sound like a racist. Your previous postings attack the White race. Why are you so full of bitterness and hatred?
Ha ha, you are f***n deluded. Haven't you heard of the Mexican-American deportations in the 1930s? They were going into segregated Mexican American communities and arresting suspected illegals.

What about the Japanese-American concentration camps? They singled out a race right there!

They used to prevent Mexican Americans and American Indians from attending the white schools in Southern Cal. They gave the same treatment to the Chinese up in Northern Cal.

So, before the 60s, there most f***n certainly was hyphenated-Americans, and they were being screwed over, often by the government.

If it wasn't for people in the 50s and 60s, specifically Black people, fighting for civil rights and equal treatment, your brown a-- would be pulled over and asked to show papers all the time. The cops would be hitting you with a stick all the time, and it wouldn't do any good asking for help, because the Klan would be operating in the police department.

You know what the difference is between white supremacist nutjobs like this candidate, and ethnic anti-immigrant wannabe-patriots like you? The white fascists actually know this terrible history, and want to return to it. The right-wing minorities are ignorant... at least as ignorant as the fascists think you are!

And no, I'm not a racist. In fact, I'm Hispanic. Deal with the truth, not your racist feelings.
You don't know history or math. Slavery ended in 1865 with the end of the Civil War. 200 years ago was 1810.

You're giving the abolitionists 55 years of credit there, and ignoring two generations of slavery.

You're ignoring the Jim Crow laws mandating segregation in the South.

You're ignoring the FACT of contracturally legal racism in housing in many parts of the country, including Southern California.

These laws were on the books in 1955.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Sagittarius

You're feeling ultra optimistic today, which is great for summoning up the necessary energy to do what has to be done. But don't let it go to your head and convince you that you're capable of performing miracles. If you aren't behaving in this way you'll have to cope with someone who has a swollen head and thinks they're the cat's whiskers.
