Yeah seems like a page dissapeared. Most probably Topix got tired of Cindy Ramsey, Robert and Darlene Young, Nate, Cindy's Mom, All the fabulous people here who are so "mad" at code 4 towing because they did so much "wrong"

taking away the posts about Code 4 Towing does not change the fact that the predatory towing company has and still is stealing residents vehicles and holding them for ransom at their tow yard in san Bernardino. My vehicle was taken on Sundy Dec 21,2008, while I was unloading groceries at my apt building in Redlands..then a couple of days later they came and painted the curb RED with NO PARKING white lettering..And the manager on duty when the "stole" my vehicle said she did not have Code 4 Towing remove my vehicle..SOOOOO apparantly the Code 4 Towing driver was driving around the buildings stalking the residents or had a spotter driving or walking around looking for our vehicles to snatch up....I later was told that 8 vehicles were taken from that same spot with the plain curb over that particular week-end...and then they painted the curb red a few days later.....
I had to pay $390 ransom for my vehicle.

I was just towed in San Bernardino and was laughed at by the man and woman who took it when they came back for others. There is allot wrong with the decisions this company makes. Has anyone filed a complaint with anyone or found out their rights on this matter? They shouldn't be able to pick up any car they want. There has to be guidelines or laws somewhere.

i am in an apartment and have no where else to move to or the finances to do that. and the towing company employees were coming to my work and hanging out when they towed my truck and they know where i live.....how can an old woman protect herself from harrassment by these scum if i go to court?

This blog is no longer reputable when the purge the previous information.
Obviously, someone could not handle the pressure!

Yesterday i know for a FACT the owner of Code 4 Towing. The skinny tweaker kid
his drivers (or himself) towed a few cars which were for not having proper apartment permits and or Handicap Placard. Anyways turns out they towed the cars and discovered the placards after they had the car at their yard. Well to fix this "Problem" They open the car and remove the placard or permit and drop it on the floorboard. Technically their tow would be legit if the permit is not visible. From what i understand they towed the cars when the permit was obstructed by tinting or something of the other which is perfectly legal. They had pics but when they got to their yard they discovered that the permits were there. So they open the cars, DROP the permits on the floor. and TAKE a NEW picture(s) at their yard to make it seem like they took it at the cars previous location such as the apartment or whatever. When they take the pictures at their yard they take the picture as CLOSE as possible they can so you cant tell the car is at the yard!!!!!
if you were to take them to court and you are certain your permit was hanging correctly then if they were suboponed(sp?) to bring the pics you would then see that the pictures are soooo close you cant tell if the car is at their yard or at the apartment complex where it was towed from!!

A little inside information for you guys courtesy of former employees. And no iam not speaking of Cindy Ramsey, Her mother, or Nate, or Jeff(guy who towed the baby)
And no this is not rumor BS this is all legit info. This company can go down real hard. Just that it need the one person who has the balls and enough money to hire the lawyers and the Private Investigators to do so.
This company is a CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE. You guys bickering about having your cars towed most of you idiots park in handicaps and Firelanes. BUT there are ones who DID have their cars towed when they shouldnt have.
James Penman I'm calling your NAME. You had the balls to go after Club Flesh and Roger Jon Diamond.
NOW do all us a favor and go after this Criminal Enterprise. Might not be the same as Club Flesh but atleast it would be worth While.

I just want to clarify that I am NOT Cindy dont even know who she is so no offense to you One in Redlands, but since I dont know who this woman is, I dont think she should get crdeit for the things I know

My vehicle was towed just yesterday at the little zion manor apartment complex @ 4:45pm with my hazard lights on while assisting my pregnant friend. There are no signs posted at all, no red line stating the that spot my vehilce was towed from was unauthorized. There is one sign posted in the main entrance which is more than 100feet away. Code 4 charged me $391.00 $97.00 of that was a gate feet in which they closed at 5:00pm and the towed my car 15 mins prior to that. I was only at my friends house for about 15 mins tops. I will br filing a formal complaint and calling the president of the complex. Those are low income apartments which mean the people who live there are either disabled or low income, had it been one of there vehicles there would not be able to get there cars back at all especially with those ridiculous rates.

I have copies of a few more complaints about Code 4 Towing....however, I need to clean up the language before I put them back on here.

I live in san bernardino and i seen a blue and white truck and it said contract for code 4 towing on the side.
i saw the driver dragging a car into the fire lane! then i saw him get out to take pictures?
they must be doing this all over! and this is how they get your cars!!!!
i didnt have a camera so i could record it!
but damn thats the most illegal thing i have ever seen! this happened during the daytime too!
this company needs to go down! i havent had a problem with them having my car towed but iam sure it might happen soon!
everyone should have some cameras installed in their car like a cheap verson that runs off the car or batteries and record their actions!

Had a HORRIBLE experience when they "stole" my vehicle while I was unloading groceries and held it at the tow yard for $391 ransom. These people continuously stalk the residents of my apartment complex day and night so they can snatch up their vehicles whether they are legally parked or not.
