Would that be eaiser for you to understand?
It seems that as long as people make comments that you agree with, you have nothing to say.. but the ones that voice their opinions, or simply state FACTUAL INFORMATION that you don't agree with then you want to create conflict by commenting like the last 2 comments have been. Seriously...none of this is relevant to the topic. And insulting someone for being articulate is pointless.

"educated beyond their intelligence"....????

You are just attempting to create conflict which is not necessary...It is not an insult that I am intelligent or educated, and you pointing it out is of no bother to me. Everyone reading this does not mind someone "educated beyond their intelligence" putting you in your place, I am sure. Again, way off topic.. You do not have to agree with my opinion. Why do you seem to think that you should attempt to insult everyone that has every right to their opinion be it different than yours?

He took the plea deal cause he is smart ( if you can even say that). He knew he would get life just like the other two pieces of sh*t. He is just as guilty as any of them. Have you ever heard of Law Of Parties. Well he falls under it. He participated alot more then most.
Have you ever seen the video? He is in most of the clips.Where should I begin! What about the one where he is standing behind Corey with a baseball bat laughing at him. What a GREAT guy. I definatly want him walking the streets with my kids. What about where you can see him sitting on Corey's lifeless body HOGTYING him. I guess thats normal to you?! And what about testimony how he repeatedly threw a brick at Corey's head trying to break it in half. I guess in your eyes thats not someone who is trying to cause severe harm to life. Also what about the testimony of 2 guys who Yaws participated in their beatings.
Im sure Corey pled for his life for 8 or so hours, while these guys laughed and taunted him. He didnt get a chance and either should any of these guys.

Has anyone stopped to think that MAYBE he took the plea deal to save some part of his life? That MAYBE he is not admitting "guilt" but taking the easier road? His charge was murder, no one has proved he "murdered" anyone.. he was there, he took part, but as much as I have read.. no absolute WITHOUT A SHADOW OF DOUBT guilt was found nor was there a incriminating statement from any of the others that said it was Yaws who actually took this kids life..I am not saying he had no part, and should not be punished for his part in this horrible situation but really..I agree with awwwwwwww, the kids of all the families are the ones who will suffer this the most and that is sad. And wishing ill thoughts on others is bad karma.. that has nothing to do with this man or the others, or what happened.. it has to do with you, the one who wishes such things.. period! And it comes back to you ten fold.

There is video of this scum torturing the victim and you think it's my karma that's f*d up? Wanting murderers to pay for their crimes, is, according to you, somehow immoral? Since when? Do you understand that's the exact reason why we have a penal system? If justice were to be served, everyone who participated in the torture of Corey Baxter, who -let's not forget- was the VICTIM, would end up on the slab with a needle in his arm. A man lost his life under horrific circumstances and you seriously come on here suggesting that the perpetrators are somehow not responsible? You say it wasn't proven that he murdered anyone. What you're really arguing is that nobody murdered Corey Baxter, your "logic" being that if you can't show one single blow delivered by a single person caused the death then that person didn't commit the murder, correct? Well, since he was tortured to death by a group that would leave NOBODY responsible, which is exactly why there is a "law of parties." Can you grasp that? He participated extensively and enthusiastically in Corey Baxter's murder so he's a murderer. Why is that so hard for you to wrap your head around?

It's probably tweaker-speak, but aside from that, she does attempt a bit of sympathy for the victim. I saw that video... Holy shit.

We really feel the D.A. should of taken him to trial. There's no doubt in my mind he would of received a life sentence.

This whole, long, grinding process must be excruciating for Baxter's family.
