Answer this, Because I have yet to find the answer for it. How does a county or for that matter the state of texas have jurisdiction over a federal matter which occured in federal jurisdiction. I don't understand that. Maybe someone can answer this for me. I think the only authority district attorney had over this matter was to turn it over to the feds. It's sounds like he is another Travis D.A.
