Yellow Cab sucks royally. Their drivers stink and don't speak english. They listen to arab music and get lost all the time. At least AAA cab drivers have GPS capabilities and don't threaten to rape you!

ANy cab.. AAA yesterday used map quest and only MAIN roads. My path would be 4.3 miles, Map Quest went to make a L shape path that was 16 something miles- because they took only main roads! Request the cabby to take YOUR path not theirs and save time and money.

If the driver took the long way,you as a customer have the right to take the route you want to go.Next time this happens to you you need to call the City of San Antonio Ground Transportation unit,and file a complaint.

If it's a Yellow Cab,AAA Taxi,or SA Taxis.

Make sure you have at least the company's name,and the cab number.

That' theft the driver is commiting.

I have nothing but admiration for AAA Cabs. They are a professional company who prides itself in serving the public and getting their customers to their destinations in a timely manner. Their drivers speak english and don't play that arab music in the cab you are riding in! The interior of the cab is kept clean and free from camel stink. The drivers actually bath, not like the once a month drivers from Yellow Cab. Thats why their cabs are Yellow!

I took a Yellow Cab from the Airport,and I was in Yellow Cab #257,he was annoying,he talked alot of crap about the Company's President Mike Barnard,like I really give a crap.

When we made it to the destination point,and I paid him,no tip,when I got out of the cab,I told him "SHUT THE FUCK-UP!" ,"YOU IMMIGRANT",he drove like he was in NSACAR.

I called the Company,and complain.hope they put him on the drive cam.
