I heard Big John Montgomery contributed a lot of time, energy and goods to that cause. Boy I'm telling you, if he had been given a fair shake, he would have made a top notch County Judge. Does anyone think Big John will try again?

Uncle Fred told me the event went off and a lot of people attended. The folks up there know how to get together and pull for the community. Well done folks and good luck.

There were A LOT of people involved. They all worked very hard and I'm proud of each and every one of them.

No it is not about politics, but I do know that Big John Montgomery was on the road before daybreak making a run down the country to pick up the supplies for the event. Now it goes without saying that other good hard working citizens were involved with the open house also. I just thought Big John deserved some credit, since he got cheated out of the election for County Judge. Wow, you must really be a Doc supporter to become so angry over me speaking favorably about Big John. I know the men who volunteer at the South Magoffin Fire Station would agree with me.

All I was trying to say is that so many people were involved and not just one person should get all the credit. It leaves the rest out. Even the ones that brought a dish to the open house. I do like John and and he deserves a thanks also but he's not the only one. It's a comunity project and we all owe everyone involved a big thank you. It's so appreciated. The kids have loved it!! I wasn't trying to sound hateful but I think there's a time and place for everything, and this is a time for thanks for everyone.
