I had actually heard that too. But what i heard was a training center for employees. Not a training track.

For those reading this and that know this person, let me give you all some information. Charles Cassinger falls asleep at the gate and gets caught 3 times. Not so much as a written slip of paper against him. Another guard falls asleep once and gets fired. I don't want to deal with a guy, so I ignore him. Within 5 minutes, I have a supervisor in the gate wanting to know why I was sleeping.

If something were to happen to anything electronic in nature, I was the first person called, even if it was a holiday or my day off. In fact, the entire final week I only stepped into the office if I had someone there with me. Wanna guess what happened last day? I got a call asking why I was messing with the computer and creating accounts.

Things that other guards got by with, I was harrassed over. Nothing against them, but the rovors didn't do nearly anything while on shift. And believe me, I wouldn't have done anything more than I felt compelled to do either, but I had supervisors and Kevin coming behind me checking my work. Kevin also had a habit of sneaking into work and unlocking random doors for the evening and night shift guards to find.

Yes, I used the computer, but who didn't? If you were stuck in a building and were there with only 1 other person, or alone for 4-5 hours at a time, wouldn't your find something to keep from goind insane?

And to the comment about me being a joke, I think you are somehow confusing me with someone else. If not, I suspect everyone that worked there was the butt of a joke. I can think of at lest 3-5 guards and other employees as well that were used in jokes all the time. I will not name them, but you prolly will if you run out of things to use against me.

As for challenging me to meet you? Must have been your idea of a joke. I am leaving. I do not need some trumpted up charge to keep me here because you are to scared to let anyone know who you are. May God feel for you when someone reveals your name. I feel you will be unable to go anywhere because of your insult to heavyset people and those of indian heritage.

To your prior law enforcement jibe, I will have you know that I do have prior California law enforcement experience. I also plan on continuing a career in the field of law enforcement.(side note: see topic on Sequoyah County and Sallisaw cops for public opinion) While on the subject, No, Johnny didn't fire me. He had nothing to do with the jail.

For the public viewing this, in one month there were about 30 guards hired and they either quit or got into an argument with kevin and were fired. Kevin hired his longtime friend to work as a guard. That guy quit when Kevin told him he was not allowed to call unless it was work related and he had gone through his supervisor first. This is all I am saying on this subject.

I do not know if the place will open, but talk seems to say otherwise as far as the track, barns and jobs go.

I hope we are through downing everyone that had nothing to do with the closure. We still need to concentrate on the Cherokees and the government leaders who can make a difference. This is a money maker if ran properly, much better track than the others,Chad Smith--OPEN THIS TRACK. We can not stand for Sequoyah county to go down any further. Anyone who owns anything her is going to loose. Governor--do not sign the new bill for the tribes gambling until they step up and do whats right.

Too late they will begin tearing barns down next week.

sequoyah county could not go down any farther than it already is. sequoyah county is a dump and a loser place. always has been and always will be. why so much crying over a damn minimum wage paying job. move some place that has something besides fast food restaurants, convenience stores and other low paying jobs.

can not drive to other towns to work and bring home
as much.not everyone in sequoyah county works for

to sell it and move to durrant to make less money
than they was makeing 5 miles from their home???

As a horsemen, the reality has finally sunk in! Brd will never be again and no matter how much backstabbing, name calling, coulda shoulda woulda, etc. The fact is that the Cherokees have made it clear that we have to run at their lame ass track in Claremore or don't run at all. Most people will not stay in the racing business, the bigger ones will survive for awhile. Quarter horse racing in Oklahoma without BRD will not be around much longer ):.

Thats a real shame that Cherokee nation would rather take care of their own pockets than the people who have built their lives around horse racing. I truly feel for all the owners, trainers, etc. Many of you have been running at BRD for years. I hate that pure greed on part of the Cherokee Nation and Choctaw Nation is what has cost many people their livelihood.
