Cheryl Shillcutt Milledgeville, GA	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Sep 7, 2008 I found a POW MIA bracelet that I wore in high school with Maj Edward Leonard's name on it, with a date of 5-31-68. I was surprised to see that he is still alive. Is there a way to send him this bracelet?

I love him very much and I never gave up hope that he was alive. It was only a bracelet, but the thoughts and prayers of a total stranger can mean the world to someone who sits alone in a dark cell wondering if he's been forgotten. Thank you again.

It was my honor to recently return it to him in Nov of 2010. I received a wonderful letter from him detailing his career and life since the war. Your father is a genuine hero and I and my family will be eternally grateful to him for the unbelievable sacrifices he made for our country. Paul Gerring La Quinta, Ca.
