When are his consituents going to send this career moron to the back of the line? They won't, he brings them too much of your's and my stuff via earmarks and the good ole fat headed and lard as-ssed boy network.
He sure is one smug baastard. |

1 Everyone is unhappy with YOUR elected officials, but NOT their own! Federal money going to MY district is an "investment in jobs". Money going to YOUR district is "pork". That's it is, and how it will always be. It's how these clowns keep getting re-elected when they should have been booted a long time ago. |

I'm waiting for the gun runner Curt Weldon to get caught up in this scheme somewhere. It's only a matter of time.

How is this dumb ass not in jail or prison by now, OH? Isn't he the one that funded and built an airport in his hometown (Johnstown) that has about 6 flights you know like whenever, all going to D.C, How convenient.

What is more critical is the review of this process on both Federal and State level of this "Walking Around Money" or earmarks.
It must come to an end. |

Sorry but these guys did their time, to be descrimanated against for years for being stupid after you serve your time and there isn't any more probation or suspended sentence is crazy. How can you expect someone to change their ways if you force them for life to walk around with a label. America needs to wake up.

Death and Taxes, et al, I do not support Jack Murtha and believe him to be a jerk. I am a republican. I do believe, however, that whoever I would support as my representative should try to help his constituents and area that he/she does represent. The Johnstown airport has been in operation for many years, even before I was born in 1940. It does support an area that has been one of the most depressed areas in the country for years. They are trying to rebuild the economics of the area and the airport, even though it gets only a hand full of flights per day, is useful and must be maintained. If you have not lived in the area and know nothing about its history be careful how you comment. The news media should learn more about the airport and its history. It is not the airport's fault that it was named after Murtha.
