if u got a letter from someone and it had something on it that looks prety nasty and it was dryed before it was put in the envelope, and it came from the city hall?

well I'd bet it was done on purpose. Save the letter and the envelope and take it to the next city council meeting. The aldermen should be proud huh? of such coming from a City office.

if you complain your water bill will go up so just live with it, sorry but,the city worker or who ever mailed it to you should of made another copy of it to mail. Just shows how childish that this person was.

Why does that big black dog keep running around Higbee, why hasn't the dog catcher got him or the little ones that are always on the corner by the fire station?

they are too difficult to catch, he only catches the easy ones, the ones he gets in traps, gets with meat or anything else he can muster up.
i heard the increase in bills is due to getting a new water tower.

That the water tower is not going to be Higbee's it will belong to Thomashill?

You got Bankheads and Deloris in there, what do you expect? Deloris owes everyone money and has stolen from her previous jobs. And well everyone just knows the Bankhead reputation. Charla getting a ton of work done to "her" house and then claims bankruptcy to get out of paying. She does not contribute one dime of tax money to Higbee, she doesn't own anything. And then ya got Chuck who well is just all thief. And then behind most of this is the gay estranged husband, whom Charla turned him gay. And he was already a thief also so that explains all the lies and stealing.

Oh yea Charla is the boss and is running the town and has every thing under control, so maybe a few people should go to the city meeting at Higbee city hall on Nov. 16, and ask. wonder what lies will be told to the people on this one. Who gets a raise for this? Who will get the money in the long run, what ever her and the board says and lets see who gets the bonus this year and how much, guess they knew almost a year ago that Sam was going to get canned He did NOT get one last year.
